Good variety of food offered at breakfast. They had little bags to take away some food for later which was nice. The beds were comfortable, the pool area looked good though we didn't have time to use it. The hotel is conveniently situated to restaurants and highway, but it was quiet. They gave us adequate towels so we didn't have to ask

They have just done renovations to the rooms and we were the first to stay in one of the new rooms...we were on the 4th floor and they were doing work on the 3rd floor and we didn't hear or were bothered by the work they were doing...the continental breakfast was very good with many options

The location was convenient, the room was incredibly clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and it was completely quiet at night. We will stay here again.t

The staff need to find a different place to take a smoke break instead of right outside the entrance…not a good look and smell for guests.

I was very pleased by this hotel. There are not a lot of great hotels in the area in my search. It was in a private road off the main road, very clean, quite, nice landscaping. 2-8 minutes from all Mayberry attractions and nice restaurants. I would definitely book a future visit with this hotel.

Loved the location! Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was ok...pancake maker was out of "bags" both mornings but other than that pretty good selection.

Breakfast area was not large enough to accommodate all guests. Chairs were peeling leather off on clothes and all around floor.

Great location for quick exit and entry to interstate.

We stayed the night during the worst part of the major hurricane. The facility had no power that night. The staff was very nice and helpful, but it was a tough time for us all.

The staff was kind and welcoming. We had a large group and everyone was very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious, rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Location is great. Hotel is always clean. We have stayed at this location several times. Breakfast is well maintained and good variety.

Price is a bit high but we knew it would be a solid hotel from previous experience

The breakfast area was great. I believe the name of the wonderful lady overseeing the breakfast name was Angie, she was very pleasant and took pride in her job. I loved that it was pet friendly!

My bed was uncomfortable and you couldn’t shut the curtains all of the way. I used a hair clip so it could be dark but new blackout curtains would be perfect. Also there was a very loud speaking lady working the breakfast the last 2 days that had no problem discussing her personal business with the other.

Breakfast was great. Plenty of food and very clean dining area. The chairs need upholstering.
