The location to where we were going for the day. No bugs!!

The room smelled like mold, I didn't book a smoking room but they put me in one and there were cigarette burns all in the blankets. Went to the store to get my own blankets, walls and headboards and just the whole room was gross hair all in the sink. Look if I had another option I would not have stayed didn't see any point in complaining All I was doing was sleeping so that's what we did we slept and got up ate breakfast and left before the sun even rose. The breakfast was ok I had the make your own waffle but coffee was nasty. No hot water. I brought my own cleaning cloths and cleaned before we got settled in. Would not recommend staying here.

Staff was good. Location was fair.

First room- night was horrible, bathroom floor started leaking water, really bad experience, no phone in room. Fridge was barely cold. Second room didn't have any extra lights, only good thing was the bed & pillow. Will NEVER stay there again.

Shower was dirty, sink had yellow stuff in it, the door handles for the rooms don't work properly, the bread tasted old so did the bagels.
