The front desk attendant was very nice. It was my fiance and I's first time ever booking a hotel together and the man at the desk was very friendly and made our check in easy. Also the room was so clean!!! It smelled nice too and the bed was so soft and comfortable. The pool was also very fun, it was very convenient to have the towels there offered to guests. I enjoyed the small coffee maker in our room too, it was really good coffee and not to mention...breakfast was delicious!!! The waffles were my favorite and there were so many topping options and other breakfast options to choose from. We didn't want to leave.

The location was great, convenient to the tourist areas. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable.

The bathroom did not have a fan, and the room A/C would not adjust properly. As a result, the towels would not dry, and the room was humid and musty smelling.

Breakfast area and offerings was comfortable and diverse. The buffet was well stocked and appealing. The staff was very hospitable and very helpful.

I can't think of anything more I would have asked for. Everything exceeded our expectations.

The only thing we didn’t like: whatever they use to mop the tile in the rooms was sticky to the bottom of your shoes. Also, microwaves in the rooms would be helpful to warm food and beverages.

Room was cold. Couldn't set temp in a/c above 69. Disappointed that there was no microwave as always had one before. Telephone didn't work.Stay was not quite as comfortable as expected.

The cable box for the television was mounted to the back of the tv, had to point behind the tv to change channels, power off. Very strange and not convenient to have to keep getting up.

Impressed with staffing. Naturally someone was at the desk when I walked in. There was a maintenance gentleman walking around and visiting a room and there were three housekeepers just on our floor when we went to our room. I was happy to staffing was up.

The woman who greeted us upon arrival June 30th about 4:30 PM was very helpful. She made us feel welcome and helped with a few questions we had. There was also a woman covering the lobby who had made a fresh pot of coffee which we we were grateful for when leaving at 4:30 AM on July 1. Great reception area staff!

Lenise at the front desk is just an all around great lady. SO helpful. SO professional, hard to find people of that caliber these days. Also, a shout out to Colleen at the front desk. Great ambassadors for this Hampton Inn!

The elevator was out due to a lightning strike but Lenise saved the day! She is totally wonderful.

Clean and well maintained. Comfortable. The best part was the staff! So kind and helpful. We had a mixup with dates that we booked (we were there for a funeral) and the staff/management was super helpful with getting it corrected!
