The outside was very neat and clean. The inside was clean, they just needed updated, and they are working on that. I was very grateful to find a motel with such reasonable prices and was clean. We needed 2 rooms because we had our grandchildren.

The room was a reasonable size with a comfortable king-size bed. The price was a large factor in booking this room and the most notable and pleasant attribute was the cleanliness of the room. The linens were crisp and clean as was the bedspread and new curtains. The room looked to be recently renovated and while the furniture wasn't the newest style, it was not shabby or damaged. We plan to stay again on future trips. One suggestion for travelers is to bring your own cups and bottled water as this is no frills.

This establishment is under new management and appears to be a work in progress. My only suggestions are to replace the doors and locks on the rooms and perhaps add a few electrical outlets for charging electronics.

Had a great stay. It was very nice. The staff were very friendly and the place was very clean. Loved the location. Close to downtown Mount Airy. Could watch the big fireworks show from the motel.

It was great all around. Except the room was no smoking and we don’t smoke, but it had a lingering smoke smell.

Room was clean. had micro fridge. bed was relatively comfortable. no problems with parking. Water pressure good, hot water good. TV worked properly. Dog friendly

Had to wait about ten minutes for someone to come back to the motel to check us in. Charged $5 for using a credit card. No outlets for charging electronics. Would prefer a regular blanket instead of just a sheet and a bedspread

The staff was amazing! Very friendly and accommodating. I love that the location was right at the edge of town, away from the really busy areas but still very close to everything. The location makes it very easy to get around on the smaller side roads instead of always having to get onto the hwy for everything. This is a small place but doing improvements and we absolutely adored it!

No chair in the room we were in. I have pain and muscle issues and am not able to always just sit on or lay in a bed. A chair would be a great addition to the room.

It was nothing super fancy, but exactly what I needed. It was very clean, a huge king bed that was comfy and the people were sweet. It had a microwave, tv, and fridge and for the price I paid, an excellent value.

The air conditioner shut on and off and it woke me a bunch and there wasn't an outlet in the bathroom that I could find, but overall, a great value.

needs more outlets. Difficult to find and not in great location for charging phones. Simple solution would be to put lamps w charging ports built- in by bed. Sheets felt very cheap and rough, but overall the bed was comfortable. Would have liked to be able to control the room temperature.

It was a little hard to find & wasn't able to provide helpful tourist information. But we were there to rest & relax & we did that in comfort & at a great price!

The place was clean and the staff was friendly. The office was close enough for my husband to get me a cup of coffee in the mornings. The bed was comfortable for me. Shower running water was great.

The bathroom needs a couple of hooks on the wall for towels and a couple of suction cups in the shower for wash cloths.

It was pretty easy to spot, everyone was super friendly, and there was a solid amount of grass for my pups
