This is a regular stop on our way back from WV. We love the location and the beds are very comfortable.

The last couple of trips, I noticed the bathrooms could have been a little cleaner. Other than that, our room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

Breakfast was fair. Ppl doing things block d plates cups. Just need bigger are with flowing products to pick from.

Coffee. Too weak

This is always our favorite stop on our yearly fall trip. The room is always clean, the beds are always very comfortable, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

The cost of the room has risen quite a bit since our last stay 3 years ago but I don't mind paying more for a clean comfy room.

The people that run the hotel have respect and care for the customers and they will work with you as well

Nothing was bad about it

Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good (waffles, cereal, muffins, toast oastmeal). Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable.

Location was perfect to spend time with family in Hillsville.

Would like to see more choices at breakfast. Fruits would be nice.

Very little choice for breakfast. Yogurt , pastries or fruit other than apples would have been good

Handicap room could use some non slippery mat or coating in bath. Very slippery when wet and dangerous.

Location & the staff was friendly

I got a room on the back side of hotel on the bottom floor. I could hear people walking (who were pretty loud) above me pretty late into the night, the bathroom, especially the outside of the toilet, could have been cleaner, and there were a few ants in my room. Woke up with them crawling on me, granted there weren't many, however, Needs to be sprayed before they get out of hand. Wasn’t due to the room not being clean just normal ant issue.
