The room was clean. The location's convenient breakfast was hot.

The breakfast room area is super hot. Several people were complaining about how hot the temperature was in there. The pool was warmer than the hot tub. They have a little scratch board shows when they checked the pool temperature and hot tub temperature and it's clearly not been changed except for the date and years. No laundry area. We wanted to dry our towels and bathing suits after the pool. They don't have a publicly available dryer or washer. Pop machine was empty.

We were very pleased with our room and stay. My wife is handicapped with back issues. The large handicap accessible shower was excellent. The bed was very comfortable, lighting was adequate. TV was good. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.

We did not have any major issues. Being a holiday weekend with a yearly Labor Day flea market event in Hillsville, the price was significantly increased. We have never been 100% happy when motels increase prices because of a holiday or major event in the area.

Most of all: the comfy bed and pillows after a 13 hour drive, it was like slipping into heaven! Friendly staff. Great location right by the highway gas stations and convenience stores next door. Loved the toiletries and nicely bleached towels. Breakfast was good. AC worked well in the room.

The shower could use new caulking and paint around it. But no big deal. Toilet seat was crooked and moving. TV could have a few more channels but again, no big deal! At breakfast: should have omelette without peppers (red and green: not everyone likes them).

Breakfast on March 23 was not great. Eggs were cold, biscuits were hard. On pur way home, we stopped on March 29 and the breakfast on March 30 was much better.Also, I did NOT get a printed receipt when I checked out on the 30 and noticed my credit card was charged $10 for the roll away bed. I paid that $10 when I made the reservation.

The property is nice and well maintained. The gym is small and well equipped for a good workout on a road trip. There’s a park across the street for walking, running, and outdoor exercise. Breakfast was so convenient with many options. The omlettes are delicious!

I have no complaints. I’d love larger coffee cups and richer coffee. If you renovate in the future, vinyl plank flooring would be great in the rooms.

I love this hotel! It has become my go to spot when I travel here. They keep the place clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They keep fruited ice water and fruit in the front for the guests. I also like that, even though they are close to a major and very busy Highway you can’t hear any road noise. Always quiet which is nice! The hotel is actually across the street from an excellent restaurant which I love! 😊♥️👍

Didn’t particularly like my shower head. Couldn’t get it to set on the spray I like. But that really isn’t a big deal for me.

Proximity off of the expressway and ‘half-way’ish for our trips to Florida are both good for us. The pool and the hot tub have been clean and working for us on every trip. Staff are always pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is pretty good for the cost and they have a fruit, water and coffee station set up. What’s not to like?

very clean and tidy throughout the whole place, room was on the smaller side but very clean and smelled nice breakfast attendant was very thorough with wiping down tables and keeping everything well stocked, check in and out was quick and attentive we will be back!

We had a good stay here. It was quiet and the room clean.

The breakfast was not that great. For a northerier, sausage gravy and biscuits are not in our taste buds. I would have liked to see more hot meal options other than waffles and biscuits and gravy. Maybe some better egg dishes with homefries.

The location was perfect for us, almost exactly the half way point of our trip. Pretty decent access to I-77. Nice, clean facility and comfortable bed. Found a really good Mexican restaurant a few miles from the hotel, There are two with the same name, same owner (we asked our waitress), but the one a little further way looked like better ambiance.

The hotel staff was clueless about the special request I had made for our stay. According to "Booking.com", the request was granted but the hotel staff knew nothing about it. They did honor it and we ultimately got our request. Simple request, we wanted ground floor. We are not spring chickens anymore and using the stairs in case of emergency, difficult. Not sure who dropped the ball?
