We stay here annually and have absolutely enjoyed our stays every year! The employees are very kind, courteous and prompt with their service! We usually request an early check in (after we drive in 12+ hours) and we understand they'll do their best to accommodate us but cannot guarantee they will be able to do that. However, we haven't been disappointed yet! It's a very clean, comfortable and quiet place to stay. We highly recommend this place!!

When ever traveling through north carolina we always stay at this comfort inn. The staff is always friendly, the location is convenient to mayberry we love to shop in all the little shops and their are plenty of little places to eat near by. We also love to go up on Pilot Mountain every trip and it is near by. The property is always clean and inviting. We have stayed here for many years.

while everything was good to great the breakfast area was clean and the staff came out twice to check on things while I was there in the morning the Mexician restraunt across the street was great good food reasonable prices

Was a little concern that the Bathroom shower had what looked like "mold" in the bathtub corners and the bedroom ceiling had spots that also could be some thing I did talk to the person at the desk the next morning but the overall room was clean and orginized the internet on the second floor was weak but could of been due to too many users

The staff was amazing,especially considering the recent hurricane (Helene) Every employee was so friendly and made me feel like family. They were very knowledgeable of the surrounding area and offered great suggestions for local places to eat. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again when I return for another visit to Mt Airy. The bed was so comfortable and there was plenty of hot water.

I didn't like that I had to go either upstairs or downstairs to get ice. I was on the 2nd floor.

The absolute sweetest ladies worked the front desk! I have autism and sometimes book things without asking for help, and ended up getting my 2 sisters and I one king bed, but the front staff changed it to a room with two queen size beds for us! Very very thankful for that help! The pool was amazing! The water is so clean and so warm! The staff did an excellent job with checking for towels and asking if everyone was doing ok! The showers were the easiest to work, I hate when I go somewhere and can’t figure out how to use the showers, but here it’s so simple! And the water pressure was just right! The towels are HUGE which is a win for me and my sisters as none of us are small. Also the TV had the best, y’all I really mean the best HD I have ever seen on a TV before! My sister said it’s called High Resolution and it was like you could reach out and touch the people on the screen!

The ONLY and I really mean only issue I had with the room, was the bed skirt had a very interesting white stains on the brown bed skirt. It looked like you know what, but it was only on one of the beds and not on anything other than the bed skirt. Besides that the rest of the hotel and the room was spotless and lovely! The mattresses are on the firmer side, which my sisters and I very much enjoyed! But if you need a soft mattress just keep that in mind, not a negative for my trip but if you have issues with firmer mattress the it may be for yours.

Comfort Inn Mt. Airy is a great place to stay and a good location. It was quite and very clean and all of the front desk workers were very nice, and helpful with any questions we had about the town or restaurants. It was our first time there to visit "Mayberry" and we had a great time. I highly recommend staying at Comfort Inn.

The only complaint I have about Comfort Inn are the beds. They were a little hard and not too comfy! Other than that everything else was great!

Location, the 1st room was good except asked for a handicap room gave us one on the second floor

The handicap room was on the 2nd floor and the elevator broke our second day my wife has a hard time walking down steps that's why we ask for a handicap room. We talked to the lady at the front desk about the problem and she called the manager and I was tolded that when she comes in she would give us a break on the room for the inconvenience and never got a reduction on the room

staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was great and very eye appealing, and clean set-up.

The only complaint I have is that we checked in on a Thursday night and i wanted the room cleaned on Saturday, we weren't leaving until Sunday, (or at least our Rubish emptied and asked for clean towels) witch i was told yes to early on Saturday morning and it did not get done. :(

The night of arrival the front desk was given a hard time by another guess which I thought was uncalled for, I felt bad for her because she tried to please the guest who was very rude. Front desk helped me out with everything I ask for.

Linens were delightful and a good night's sleep was especially welcome after a long drive up from Florida. Plus, we felt the nightly rate was a bargain when compared to other hotels in the area for the value received. We would stay there again if traveling through the area.
