Friendly helpful staff.

There was a kitchen area but no basic utilities available. Maybe keep some spare bowls, plates, and silverware in the office for people who call and need them. That way you’re not getting robbed every time the room is being rented out. I saw a kitchen and went and bought cereal and noodles. Just assuming there would be basic utilities and so it was pointless to waste my money on food to cook. The kitchen area is pointless unless you make utensils available.

First 14 days was good

After that it was horrible and I just wanted my money back for the day I did not stay I was be calling the BBB on Monday I should have a refund before I got displaced, so maybe they' can get to y'all and them for my money back tried and I am outside thanks booking coml and was on the phone for about 33 minutes with your customer service rep and not one time was I told take pictures and then I at another place then on the 9th you all asked for pictures need my money back I give the Saturday up and I will be getting my money back one way or another!!; thanks for displacing me 😞

Staff was great and very responsive. Love that someone is always available on the property after office hours. The office staff, security guard and maintenance man were very kind

The room was fairly clean, the floors did seem a tad grimy but more like cleaner build up than dirt. I wet mopped and it was fine.

The location and the price for the nights I stayed was reasonable

The outside ground concrete railings chipped paint stain walls, the key kept getting locked stuck the hotel key kept getting stuck

Everything, one of the other customers just disturbed us a little bit by constantly watching us and then eyeballing me hardcore while in the office to checkout.

The room I stayed in was clean, modern, and on the 3rd floor. The staff was very friendly and welcome and made sure my stay was an enjoyable one.

You have to get fresh towels or get hem washed daily, but this standard for most hotel properties post pandemic.

The fact that the office is closed on Sunday and the people don't come out till 12 to see who is leaving and who is staying and if you chose to stay it is a $20 late fee for paying after 12 even tho there not in the office prior to 12 oclock

I love this place! Not only for the unbeatable price, but the location is great! Right down the street from my work so it's very convenient. Rooms and parking lot are always clean, & very friendly and helpful staff! 10 stars!!
