This 19th century industrial building was wonderfully converted to 14 apartments. They did a great job preserving the exposed beams and brick walls while creating high quality accommodations. Our unit was magnificent, spacious and very comfortable.

It’s noisy. Our first clue was that the hosts thoughtfully provided a jar of complimentary ear plugs. None of the noise came from outside the building. Our upstairs neighbors kept their television on the Violence channel until late at night, and we also listened to their loud conversations, since they were shouting over their own television.

This property is just about perfect. The location is great, the vibe is great, the value is great, the customer service is great. I plan on staying here again for my next trip to the Elkin area and would highly recommend it all of my friends.

There are a couple things that are needed to bump this property to a 10. Blackout curtains are needed in the bedroom. The kitchen is nice, but lacking a few things like cooking spices and cooking spray. And while there is a nice TV with Samsung TV service, a live tv service is needed, even if just over the air antenna.

No meals were provided. The location is great. In the heart of Elkin. Walking distance to Restaurants, pubs, breweries and shops. Very spacious, nicely appointed. All furniture and fixtures were new and modern. Full kitchen with nice appliances.

The mattress in the bedroom had an innerspring mattress that sags in the middle. We are not big people (added together we are under 250 lbs). Bigger folks would roll down into the depression in the middle. I would recommend replacing with a memoryfoam Mattress

Three Trails was a wonderful experience! Our unit was on the top floor facing Main Street with great views. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. We could walk to all the shops, restaurants and breweries in town. Carter Waterfalls was just a short 10 minute drive away and a great one hour hike. Favorite thing about Three Trails was the rooftop deck, we enjoyed both the sunrise and sunset daily! Will definitely be back.

The apartment was BEAUTIFUL! It was such a luxury having a 3-bedroom apartment for our family of 4. Everyone had their own bedroom and we loved every minute. The location was quaint and charming. The Yadkin Valley and the community of people were absolutely WONDERFUL!!

Having only 1 bathroom and not having a washer/dryer in the apartment was a challenge. We were on the basement level, but there was a laundry room on the 2nd floor.

The property was beautiful! The two bedroom townhouse was spacious, modern, but very cozy. The location is perfect to walk to restaurants/ bars . The rooftop was a great place to watch fireworks ! These are beautifully done, will be our go to in Elkin!

It was all perfect, more parking in back would be super without crossing bridge street .

Great location and very nicely appointed. Easy access with door code and easy communication with the host if you have questions. Very clean.

Bed was really uncomfortable. Springs in the mattress are really noisy when someone moves and the mattress is REALLY uncomfortable. It would be an easy fix to just put a decent mattress on a platform frame.

Right in downtown Elkin, close to the Reeves Theater and hiking trails.

Just a few small issues that I let them know about. All door hinges in our unit needed lubrication as they squeaked loudly. Also the body wash was empty in the shower. The unit was for 4 people but only 4 coffee cups for breakfast this morning.

Location was perfect! Walking distance to everything downtown. It had a modern vibe but had everything we needed and was very comfortable and the perfect size for me and my husband.

Nothing that I can think of. There was some outside noise at the street but it didn't bother us at all. The inside was very quiet and comfortable!

We loved the amenities in the apartment. We were there for a show at the Reeves Theater and Three Trails was in walking distance of everything. We got there before the 3:00 check in time but went to just get our bearings since we had never been there. A young lady named Olivia asked if we needed help and we told her we knew we were early but just checking things out. She immediately told us our unit was ready and reset the lock so we could go in early. Also loved the exposed brick warehouse walls and plumbing/pipes...gave it so much character. We even tried to book again for Memorial Day but they were already full. We will definitely return!
