The man at the front desk was very nice. He made sure that we were checked in and that we had everything we needed. The housekeeping ladies were very kind and the lady at the front desk in the morning was very kind as well. We felt very welcome. Breakfast was fresh, warm and delicious and the hotel is very clean.

I have no complaints whatsoever. I will definitely book again. The location was great and the grounds were well kept. Didn't feel uncomfortable at all. There was a Bojangles in walking distance and a Pizza Hut also in walking distance, you would just have to walk across the highway.

Very comfortable bed with a large space and great pillows! The staff were all really nice and the cookies were a bonus! We were located in a great place to catch the ferry to Ocracoke! Parking was plentiful. The bathroom was large and i LOVED the lights mirror! Breakfast was delicious with a large amount of choices and all delicious! I loved the late check out!

Not one thing that I didn't like! Everything was fabulous for us! I wouldn't change a thing about our stay!

Breakfast was good and the cook was very attentive to our needs. All the staff was great. Rooms were very clean.

I was on the first floor. I could hear people talking on the back side of the hotel by my exit door to the pool. Not sure if folks are going out there to smoke but it got noisy throughout the night. No shower caps.

The staff was fantastic. Were able to make good accommodations for my father and I. Giving us a room on the first floor near the lobby. Our whole stay the staff was great.

They had no ice maker but provided ice when asked.

The hotel staff was very warm and friendly. Free coffee and snacks were great. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. The room was cleaned well.

The water pressure in the shower was low. Not sure, but it could have been because of so many at the hotel. A more modern walk-in shower would be great. The door that led outside towards pool looked dated/old. Some remodeling

Very nice hotel, comfy room, good breakfast. Breakfast staff always asked if we wanted bottled water to take for the day which was really nice. Was a restaurant within walking distance.

Accommodated my puppy and perfect room to be able to take out right away. Breakfast was good also. Hot meal and wasn’t bland at all.

No complaints.

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable.

Some guess we’re very noisy. They allowed their kids to play in the hallway. One guess has a dog that barked too much.

We had booked a 2 bed room and they ended up having to give us a king bed. It was my husband, son and I. They don’t have anything else available but did find a roll a bed for us to use.

I liked the fact that the room was spacious and nice and clean and the bathroom was nice and clean and huge. We also didn’t have to go out and find breakfast we ate it there at the hotel through our stay. The staff was kind except on check out day the cleaning crew woke us up at 6:00 am and kept harassing the rest of the day until we left to clean our room…. We had a couple of hours left to get things ready…

The cleaning team only came once to clean during our entire stay. The water had a certain smell.
