It is the most beautiful place I have ever stayed!! I was in awe the second I opened the door! The view was breathtaking, but funny enough, I could have stayed in the suite the whole time. That view was just as beautiful! The staff was extremely nice and truly cared about my experience. I felt like we were friends before I even got there. We had talked on the phone a few times about my upcoming stay. They even called me the day of my arrival to let me know I could come earlier if I wanted to, that my room was clean and ready. I will be back! And I've already talked to a lot of my friends. I will recommend this place to everyone! My best vacation EVER!!

Room 304 was wonderful! Very clean and comfortable. The view was spectacular! The setting was very quiet and relaxing. We loved that it was not crowded with people. The pool and playground were so much fun. We would love to come back.

My two negatives were all the bird poop in the parking garage and the birds flying overheard everywhere. Made the building smell and look dirty. And then I would upgrade some of the kitchen cooking utensils that are a little more sturdy.

There isn't breakfast at this location. We just buy groceries and cook while there so meals were good! Grocery store and other stores within 20 min to half hr drive, which isn't bad at all. We love Waterside! And love going into Edenton to walk around. Beautiful historic town. Friendly locals. We've been coming for several years and plan to return in the fall. Rooms are great and views are amazing! Friendly helpful staff :) love watchn the eagles! We have no complaints at all and highly recommend!! :)

The only thing I can say anything negative about at all would be the living room couch, and it could stand an update. When you sit on it you fall to the middle. It's just worn out, but isn't a big deal. We don't sit much anyways while there :)

It's was home away from home very spacious living omg the kitchen amazing everything to cook with besides you have to buy your groceries beautiful sunset at night

The parking garage alot of birds and bird 💩 you have to travel over 10 to 15 miles to a food store or restaurant

Loved the view and the spacious rooms. Very clean. Friendly and accessible staff. Beautiful pool. Very peacful and serene place. I would stay there again and would recommend to others.

The pool hours were too short. The kitchen didn't have adequate cooking dishes. Additionally, some serving spoons and knives they provided were broken. We had to shop for some kitchen hardware. Not a complete dealbreaker, but I would recommend the owner to stock the kitchen with better cookware to go with their otherwise very nice kitchen.

I loved how clean the property was, the amazing ocean view from the room & plus it having a playground was great 👍

Only thing I really dislike was how many bugs / gnats it was (not inside) but it’s understandable being though your right by the water

On the water. Beautiful unit!! Very spacious! Felt like home. Full kitchen and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms!

I wish it would have been a little closer to our destination, but that wasn’t any fault of the resorts.

We absolutely loved the 2 bedroom villa. Beautiful, just like all the photos on the website. Sunsets breathtaking. We had a tiny issue with the master bathroom, and it was taken care of immediately. The staff, including maintenance, were so incredibly helpful! A special thank you to Buffy! She provided so much wonderful information about the area. We can't wait to return.
