We spent a very pleasant 4th of July week at the hotel. The property was easily accessible and in a central location to pretty much everything we wanted to see in the extended area - recreational or historical. Breakfast and coffee was always well stocked from 6-10 thanks to Ruby in the kitchen. Anything that ran out you just needed to say and she already had the refill lined up.

I know they were swamped with 4th of July visitors and we did not get the every other day complementary cleaning check in we requested, It is probably different when there are less ppl in town.

Breakfast was good. Could have been hotter. Located well and plenty of seating.

The price of our room was extremely high. I understand that there was a wedding that weekend and that could have been the reason for the higher prices, but really, to have to pay $285 (my daughter paid $305) was a bit much. We were just doing a layover on our way to the Outer Banks. May have to rethink for next year.

Clean and all the staff was very friendly except the one night person at desk when we checked in

The bathroom! The shower water pressure is so bad you can barely get the soap off of your body. Toilet would not flush Night time desk clerk on the night we checked in acted as if she was bothered that she had to do her job

We were so tired after a long day of traveling that we just wanted a clean, quiet room with a comfortable bed. Hampton Inn provided that restful night that we needed

Night counter person wasn’t very friendly. It was almost as if we were bothering her with our late arrival at 9:00 The morning check out person was much better

We liked everything. Breakfast was really good and had a variety of foods to chose from. Food was really good. The room was spacious and clean. The lobby has a beautiful atmosphere. We enjoyed the snack hour and what was provided.

The breakfast was ok. We do like the scones at the breakfast. Can be a little more of a variety. Otherwise ok

The agent didn't recognize me as a Hilton member. She was ok not particularly friendly.

The hotel was good.

The price was not good. 250.00 for a room for one night in Edenton of all places was a bit pricey. If it were coastal I could understand. But it is not. A guest should not leave feeling like they have been robbed.

Breakfast had plenty to offer, and location was exceptional to dining options and attractions in town. My wife enjoyed the added touch of popcorn and cookies available each night when we returned from dinner.

Pool wasn't open even though it was warm enough to swim. Nighttime coffee was available but not very hot.

Excellent check in. Clerks were very polite

several cars were broken into overnight on Friday night 9/9/22, not mine though. I’ve stayed here before and had no issues. not sure if there are security cameras around the property but if not, I hope they consider installing them.
