Nice location with some great places to eat nearby. Room / bed etc. were just fine. Saw a lot of negative comments about this place and I disagree with those. I wouldn't have minded staying more than a few nights there. Breakfast was just ok, but on par with many motels these days, a lot of carbs.

I think the place overall was a bit less than I expected for the price and might be characterized as 'just a bit spartan.' Seemed like a lot of guests there were service company people from various companies, just not a lot of families or tourists.

After BOOKING.COM totally screwed up our purportedly “confirmed” stay, the Comfort Inn spent more than 30 minutes tracing our BC reservation number, converting reservation data manually to their system, and settling us in. I will never go through BC again in favor of direct booking with CI. This was the 3d time we’ve happily stayed at this CI enroute to an annual vacation further south.

The front desk staff are very welcoming to everyone. At one point, someone who may have been living on the street came in and asked about a room, and the staff responded in a way that was kind and respectful without creating any safety concerns for other guests.

The location was very central. It was near the sites we visited and there were restaurants and groceries nearby.

The parking was shared with other establishments so I was bit worried that if we arrived late there might be a shortage of parking, but luckily that was not the case.

THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD WHEN I WAS ABLE TO HAVE BREAKFAST. I WAS TOLD THAT THE BROCHURE SAID IT ENDED AT 10AM DAILY BUT WHEN GETTING THERE 935AM I WAS TOLD BREAKFAST ENDS AT 930AM. I COULD SEE THE BREAKFAST BEING TAKEN AWAY BUT NOT ALLOWED TO ACCESS ANY OF THE FOOD ON THE CARRYING CARTS. EVEN THE ORANGE JUICE BAR WAS TURNED OFF AT 930AM AND COUJLD NOT ACCESS ANY JUICE ONLY COFFEE AND I DON'T DRINK COFFEE.

BREAKFAST ENDING DAILY AT 930AM INSTEAD OF 10AM DAILY!!

The best part of the stay was the staff. Our check in was very helpful and pleasant and the lady running breakfast was outstanding. Breakfast was one one the better free breakfasts we’ve had.

The staff was great. Every single person was friendly, helpful and personable.

Bathroom needs to be updated. The swimming needs to cleaned more often. We did not use it in spite of the heat.

Omg! The bed was soooooo comfortable. I told hubby it slept better than our bed at home. I need to know what kinda bed mattress they have. lol Also the room was very spacious. We loved it.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Love the staff. They are always great. Love that they are doing much needed upgrades to the hotel.

There was hair in my bathroom & tub. Guess the cleaning crew missed it. I always travel with disinfectants, so I used it.

good selection. started earlier than expected. good coffee. I have stayed at multiple Comfort inns while traveling from AZ. this was the best. Every other one was either filthy, irritable staff etc. Had decided to try this one because of the review ratings. Will probably stay here on my way back to fl from CT
