Room was clean and sweet smelling. Room AC/Heater worked very well. All room lights worked. Wooden privacy blinds very nice. Plenty of clothes hanger space. Bed was very comfortable. Slept well and had no pains in the morning. Plenty of hot water.

Front room door had broken security device for wheelchair guest. Bathroom floor trim coming away from wall. Bathroom door lever faced wrong direction. Door would not latch/lock. Shower floor had two large cracks and no support under it. It needs to support a wheelchair guest. Shower water pressure was very poor. It took a long time to shower. Room did not have enough power outlets on both sides of bed for guest medical euipment. Needs USB outlets on both sides of bed for medical euipment or other rechargeables. Needs bedside lamps on both sides of bed. Room needs bedside table on right side of bed. Refrigerator door opens in wrong direction (L to R). It needs to open R to L for wheelchair guest access. Needs streetlight or two on entrance driveway.

The general manager is fantastic, very helpful, very friendly, we stayed here for 6 months 2 years ago and it was great then but now it's even better, management wise, staff wise, I have ZERO complaints, we are planning on staying another extended stay I highly recommend this hotel for extended stays.

The staff up front are absolutely exceptional definitely would consider this a business with a heart.

I do believe the grounds could be a little cleaner with less litter, need some more outdoor trash receptacles.

The sleep was the most comfortable we've had at a hotel in a long time we like the stove and refrigerator in the room the staff was exceptional

It would have been nice if we've been notified that there was not a any spoons or pots for the stove or a coffee pot that we would have had to bring our own which we did

Sean was very friendly & helpful when we arrived there..We even brought back a piece of Nutella cheesecake from Big Woody's for his kindness he Loved it!! Service with a SMILE!! When we left Lakeisha was very friendly also, asking how our stay was. Again service with a SMILE!! The beds were very comfy pillows are nice and fluffy 😌 😴 We will stay here agian!!

The GPS sent us to the wrong WoodSprings Suites. In Chesapeake-Norfolk south VA. We went in then they said we were at the wrong Woodsprings suites. We needed to go down the road. So we didn't go down the road the entrance of that WoodSprings Suites There it was VERY CONFUSING 😕 Just had a sign no arrow to show where to go the road was DARK!!

Close to the event we attended and much cheaper than competitors.

No ice machine. No codfee!!! No bedside lamp. Had to ask for another set of towels. But the front desk was very helpful in this aspect as well as providing a lamp.

Super friendly staff, both at check in and check out. Right off main drag, easy to navigate and friendly mixed bag of visitors.

There wasn’t anything wrong with this property.

The check in attendee allowed me to check the room before paying for it.

I wish the bathroom was a bit cleaner and that there were blankets in the room

Everything was wonderful.

The location is quiet and the front desk was very courteous and accommodating.

Housekeeping coming before I checked out of my room and then another staff member who did not work the front desk coming immediately behind them to ask if I was staying or leaving.
