I like that the front desk receptionist asked me which floor I preferred instead of just assigning me one. And how easy it was to request a late checkout. I also love that you are able to stream your apps off the televisions in the rooms. We was able to relax back and watch a boxing fight that we was looking forward to watching.

Not a huge deal but the toilet paper roll handle was broke at the wall. Noticed it as soon as I got to the room so I took a time stamped picture and I informed the desk just to make sure that it wasn’t put on me and my card wasn’t charged for it. But the front desk receptionist was very nice and thanked me for informing her.

Very friendly and accommodating staff! By the time I arrived on 1-2 hours of sleep and at airport at 4am I was exhausted. Especially since I had to fly down from Ohio for a medical emergency with my mom. The staff allowed me to check in around noon. The bed, especially the pillows were amazing!! And not just because I didn’t have a husband with a cpap and 2 boxer dogs in bed with me. I loved the common area with the bar and live music after a long day at the hospital. I just wish there was a laundry area as I had to prolong my stay. I switched to another hotel with laundry for that.

Not sure what the hallway smell was but it was like a strong men’s cologne. A little much.

This was hands down the best hotel I've ever been to, it exceeded my expectations. Everything from the entertainment, the environment, and the cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. I loved the dim lighting, it was very calming. Even though other guests were enjoying themselves and moving around, it maintained a respectable sense of peace and quietness. The lighting definitely set the tone! There was a pleasant aroma through the halls on every floor that I'd never experienced before. I will look to stay at this hotel for every outing I have soon. I'm a fan!

The lobby looked colorful and clean. The bed was so soft I slept like a baby! I love the smell in the hallway it's like aromatherapy. They have a smoke area with warm fire places outside to sit nearby. I think they should've had something for the center like a fire pit, but it was very thoughtful for smokers, better than being by a dumpster shivering

I DO NOT like the shower head! The water comes out like someone throwing rocks at you

The staff wasn’t very informative. I had to ask certain questions that I felt should’ve been explained when I checked in. The pool wasn’t accessible because of maintenance and my room smelled musty.

The breakfast sandwich I got it was the plant based. One. I talked two other folks into getting one. Yeah staff was awesome they were accomadating

There was only a tiny issue in the room. My son came tinger my slipping grandsonr to take him back tho their room. My son suddenly said what is that? It was a huge bug. Those things happen.

From the moment I walked thru the front door . I was greeted with open arms and smiles The young woman was Christene,she was over the top friendly and very professional.as with every employee .that I encountered.I spent two days here and I was treated with the very upmost respect and friendly professional service that one could ask for. I shared pictures of my home state of Alaska with the employees. I feel so grateful for all their spirit in helping with my stay. Thank you very much for. Very Respectfully Hugh Rosa

The hotel itself the aesthetic, the events that they have daily. It smelled so good in the hallways when I walked to my room! The room was exactly as it looks online, it was very clean and spacious! The front desk people, the housekeeping staff! OMG! Everyone was always so nice and welcoming and smiling always making sure i'm okay! The checkout was smooth and I met the General Manager Penny Hunt I had a private emotional situation happen the night before I checked out and advised her the person took the room key cards with them. She was sooo empathetic with me I was emotional and she listened to me and I also was able to tell her how much I loved my stay there and would like to sign up to get member rewards. (I originally booked through booking.com) she set it up for me. I told her I work remotely and would love to come back and stay a week and work from the hotel. Thats how much she made me feel welcomed and her guests are family to her! I have never met any manager like this she is a true angel and star and asset to this company! Thank you so much Penny! I have never experienced a hotel like this and I will only be staying there when I visit VA again!

The woman at the front desk was so kind to us and so friendly! Her name was Angie. She was there when we checked in late at night- and welcomed us warmly and gave us information about the hotel. She was there again the next night we stayed and ask us how our evening was! She was amazing! I will not forget this woman! She definitely should be recognized for her outstanding customer service! I wish everyone in the hotel business was this welcoming and kind!

I love Aloft hotels.. but I paid for breakfast for both days and both days I went for coffee and it was already gone… same for the food. So o didn’t have breakfast either day. Also the conditioner bottle was missing from the bathroom. So I had none when washing my hair!
