The room itself was nice. The front desk staff were friendly.

The breakfast buffet on Friday morning was very limited in choice so we didn't bother going down on Saturday. The hot tub didn't work and it was dirty which was disappointing. The pool hours are 1 to 10 wish it opened earlier. The elevator, lobby, and hallways are very hot and humid. Only one working ice machine on the 3rd floor. Only one washcloth when we first got our room for 3 people and 2 hand towels 3 towels. Felt like we got what wasn't used from who had the room before us. The lamp on the table didn't work.

Everything was great the room very clean, bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was ok. This is the only place we stay when we are visiting family in Chesapeake, VA. The only thing I feel is that they should do a little remodeling to the rooms because over the years of staying there they are starting to look very old. Other than that, I love staying at Wingate properties.

Room was nice and fairly close to where we were going to (Veterans Amphitheater for a concert).

My son’s room wound up having ants- and staff initially just wanted to spray and have them breathe that in! He had to really argue to get a new room. Eventually, the room was changed and also upgraded for no additional cost so that was great. It should’ve been offered right away however

I liked that it was secluded. Close to stores to shop at.The pool was amazing

I don’t like that the hot tub wasn’t working properly. One day it was super warm and the next it was ok. The jets didn’t work the greatest.

my visit went well, loved the breakfast options. my room was clean. everything worked i didn’t want to leave.

I liked that the facility had everything I wanted in A hotel like a refrigerator a microwave, a gym, Pool and Jacuzzi. The free breakfast was nice as well. The room was clean. But I'm a germ-a-phobe, so I just cleaned it again.

The Jacuzzi did not have bubbles. It was like sitting in a warm tub. My microwave was on the Fritz, and it kept burning all my food. I had Very noisy guest next to me for two nights, but that's not the hotel fault.

When checking in the gentleman upon hearing it was my bffs birthday and that we have been friends for 61 years, upgraded us to a double, instead of the king. He was very nice. The room was great. The bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good. I would stay again.

Bathroom needed refresh windows were dangerous they were capable of coming off track

Location was good and great area didn’t get to catch breakfast but it was a nice area for a venue.

Our first room did have a lot of little ants in it but after changing the other room was good. I prefer to two bedroom room.

The bathroom sink could not be filled for washing our face. It was broken.
