Matt or Max was wonderful at checkin. Power had been out so computer was very slow. He went above to find us the perfect room. He was the only one on duty that day that I saw and was slamed by so many checkin later that evening. Never lost his smile or attitude at all with anyone. The lobby was full of 2 hockey teams plus the normal checkins. Did I say how great he handled everyone. Checked out the next morning prior to 6, there was no one st the front so I left my keys there. Tried to checkout on the app but was not sure I had so I called mid morning to make sure I was. The room was so nice and the beds and pillows were great. Will definitely come back and refer this hotel.

I felt safe in this hotel as a solo female traveler. The room was very clean and smelt amazing when I first walked in. Clean towels were provided every day. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was clean, and I really loved the structure of the pool. It had a platform seating in the deep end and shallow platform area in the shallow. Breakfast was decent every morning, and they had options available for my dietary restrictions. The shower pressure was amazing.

I never write reviews. But when doing research on which hotel to stay in this area, I realized the only reviews available were the negative ones. So, I am writing this review to tell you from a more positive perspective that this hotel was great. It is a pet friendly hotel, so it is possible you will hear a dog bark. It is a family-friendly hotel, so it is possible you'll have kids run up and down the hallway a time or two. It is a HOTEL, so it is possible that not every little detail will be perfect. But the big important things were all covered. If you are looking for fine dining and a high-end resort, I'd recommend looking more towards the $500 a night type hotels.

Also hard parking at night and has to park on side that was very desolate and no one at front desk. felt a bit unsafe when few young men got out of Uber and followed us in hotel entrance that required card access.

From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was welcoming and nice. The room and the hotel was very clean. The pool area and pool was clean. The breakfast was good as well the sausage and gravy was great to be hotel food, it taste as if someone made it from scratch. Even as we were leaving, the cleaning staff was very nice. Each one I passed in the hallway spoke and had a friendly smile. I would definitely recommend this location and this hotel. I would visit again.

I thought the room was a bit pricey for one night. The room had moist feeling, once we turned on the air conditioner. But it wasn't an issue.

AMAZING stay! I had to book this hotel on the road, since our group would not make it to our destination in a day of travelling. We arrived very late at night, super sore from ~1100 km of road, and the receptionnist was extremely kind! The rooms are immaculate, the bed are as soft as clouds, the breakfast was excellent; there was a surprinsing amount of delicious hot/cold dishes. And all of that for a very reasonnable price! The 3 canadians that we are extremely statisfied with this stay 😁

Booking.com sent the reservation information in such a way that it seemed like; 1. I never had a reservation despite a confirmation number and 2. they couldn’t find the second room because my name, butchered on room number 1 did not appear on room number 2.

Check-in was smooth, I even signed up for the IHG Rewards program. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable, slept well every night save one. The complimentary breakfast was hot and plentiful, the selection of meat changed daily. Plenty of parking in the rear of the building for my car towing a trailer.

I stayed four nights under the first reservation, found out that I needed to stay an additional night, was charged an extra $100 over an already inflated daily charge. Plus, the last night (Friday), there was a different crowd of patrons. One group congregated outside the front door, loud, finally broke up around 11PM. A second group then congregated in the lobby on the first floor, VERY LOUD, didn't break up until 1AM. Why no one in management said anything to them is puzzling?

Breakfast was excellent. The staff was excellent who prepared the breakfast everything was just great there.

Everything was so good there. I don’t think anything need to be better there because everything is done correctly and they have a lot of chairs for you to sit down and when you’re eating breakfast.

We stayed here overnight for one of my children's sporting events the next day and were extremely happy with the stay. The hotel was easy to get to - directly off the interstate, close proximity to gas stations/quick food as well as the venue for the competition. The hotel itself was very clean, the free breakfast was great with many different options. Everyone we encountered was pleasant, helpful, friendly. It was too chilly yet for the pool but it looked nice, clean, well-maintained. I'd prioritize staying at this hotel again in our travels and especially for kids sports- I was traveling alone - mom with kids- it was safe, easy and convenient. We stay in hotels often for kids sport travel and while nearly all hotels say they are "smoke free"- this is the first one we've stayed at that we did not encounter smoke anywhere inside.

The location was perfect I missed breakfast tho but it did smell delicious the bed was very comfortable I almost didn’t want to check out everything was perfect I will be back to book another room for sure

It was nothing that u didn’t like about my experience with this hotel and location the staff the room the hotel met everything that I wanted and the pictures online matched exactly how the hotel look in person
