Clean facility - smells really clean like high end hotel when you enter Friendly and helpful staff - The receptionist greeted me and advised of all amenities the hotel offered plus local attractions

I think the location mileage from the attraction I was visiting in the area is not noted correctly on Booking.com. I booked the location because it said it was within 7 miles of the place I was visiting but I think that is highway miles because it took me 20 minutes to get to the hotel.

The breakfast was great! I was hoping for more of a mix up in what they had but they had plenty of food and even served after breakfast to make sure everyone got to eat no matter what time it was!

There wasn’t really anything I didn’t like! The stay was great!

The room was spacious, clean , the bed was soft and I didn't think it would be comfortable because I have back issues when it's too soft, however I will say that the bed was very comfortable and we had no issues.

Even though there was a sofa bed in the room which provided sitting, the desk chair was also there, you need to consider seniors over 65+ because an additional chair would have been nice especially with 2 senior women or couple, the person sleeping in the bed by the window bed needed a small chair i.e. straight back chair or similar to the desk chair to use

This location was great. The daily breakfast was very good. I was pleased with the selection especially since it came with the room. I couldn't have had a better breakfast going out to eat. The staff was very friendly. Someone can by the table each morning and asked was everything alright. The breakfast was hot. The facility was clean. I will definitely stay again.

My refrigerator got so cold until my drinks were frozen even with it on low. Had some noise on my end but maybe because I was not far from the door. So that of course made it difficult to go to sleep.

I loved the receptionists there. Jovi was very helpful and had such a great attitude. Everyone who worked at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.

The only issue we had in both rooms was it was hard to regulate the air. Seemed to get very warm & stuffy.

The breakfast was okay. I would have liked my eggs cooked to order and found the eggs in the chafing dish dry and overcooked. But breakfast was okay overall.

The stopper in the bathroom sink was broken and any housekeeper who had cleaned the room should have noticed this and reported it before the room was to be occupied by the next guest. There was not enough bathcloths or towels in the room. When I brought these issues to the staff, our needs were met immediately.

The location was very good and the staff were excellent. A special shout out to Jovee at the front desk. She was very friendly and helpful through out our stay.

Air conditioning was not cooling properly. The AC worked but took a long time to bring the temperature down.

Cleanliness and fresh smell and free breakfast

When calling to confirm my reservation was told the room was being cancelled without my knowledge before checking in due to charging a card that I used to hold the room instead of waiting until I checked in to use a different card.

The staff is amazing! They were so accommodating with every request. We were there for an out of town wedding, and our son also celebrated his birthday while we were there. The staff went above and beyond to make him feel so special. A special shout out to Jovie who hand wrote my son a birthday card and gave him a special treat. The entire staff really made us feel like family while we were there with our family. Thank you!

There’s was no housekeeping for our 3 day stay .I went to the front desk to ask when housekeeping would come was told it was limited due to holiday and someone would come Saturday nobody came we had to go to the front desk to get new wash clothes and towels everyday .Kinda had a motel feel to this hotel .Toilet was very close to shower not much room .
