The location was great for our purposes. Everyone on the staff treated us with much kindness and respect. There was great coffee in the mornings. Hot breakfast was available at a nominal fee each day which was very convenient for us. Bottled water was available with a snack upon check in. A shopping mall and other stores were nearby.

Nothing really. We have no complaints . Everyone was most accommodating to our needs. The atmosphere throughout the hotel lobby was very lovely in the midst of the upcoming holiday season.

Enjoyed the room. It was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is undergoing renovations. We literally walked through areas that were under renovations to get to our room. There was plastic taped up over areas that were painted and debris staged in areas that walk around.

The staff were the most friendly ever, excellent. The cleaning staff didn’t speak English, I walked up to her and asked a question. She didn’t walk away. We played charades and I asked for paper. We laughed and she told me to wait. She ran off and came back with paper. The counter and bar staff were awesome and called me by name. I was only there ONE night.

so when I arrived my reservation was not showing on the screen from a 3rd party because my name wasn't put in right Anika was at the desk and booked me another room with peace of mind. Anika was able to maneuver through my E mail to find my confirmation number and cancelled th e 3rd party. Well done Anika

I like the room size. I really liked having the coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator in the room.

I think the elevators could have been cleaned better. I felt the lights in the bathroom could have been brighter or even another light over the sink. I would have like to see regular coffee instead of decaf for the coffee maker.

It’s convenient and well maintained.

I was very disappointed and inconvenienced about the tea selection. I wished they had a basic black tea ( not earl grey). If you’re unable to carry Lipton, orange pekoe is an excellent option. I had to go out and buy a box of tea for my stay.

It was close to where I was staying and everyone was friendly. Everything was clean and neat in the room. Room was also cleaned when I was away as well, which was nice.

I did not like that the pool was down for maintenance and that we had to pay for our breakfast. It would have made things a lot easier if we got breakfast with our stay.

I like that there member guest text me once I was in my room to make sure everything was great.

I didn't like that they wanted you keep a credit card on file when you're paying cash and that they put a extra $25 hold on your card just in case if you want to get anything from there little area of snacks for convenience

Staff and most of the facility was great and loved having an easily accessible room!

We had a handicapped shower…. The design is just not good, the bathroom remains messy and wet… which of course increases the likelihood of “insects”

Was traveling due to death and arrived much earlier than check in time and was accommodated with a ready room This made me so happy and everyone was so professional The customer.service.was GREAT!

A machine on the first floor would have been nice
