Enjoyed breakfast, room, beds were comfortable, parking easily accessed, elevators convenient, two sink locations were accommodating...very pleased.

I made reaervation through Booking.com, called ahead to confirm, and upon arrival it took awhile to locate reservation. I am not complaining and would not have mentioned it without this question. Please advise best way to make a reservation with you.

Bed comfort. Clean. E l elevator was easy access. We'll lit hallways. Close to restaurants walking distance. Felt safe walking thru the entrance.

The breakfast. 3 boiled eggs were open. All 3 open boiled eggs had bad smell, texture and color. Sausage pattie didn't look fully cooked. I heard doors slamming during the night. Didn't like having a joining room, even if having door separating rooms.

I have no complaints about our stay. Room was clean and updated. A.C. Unit worked great, no mildew smell. Breakfast was nice, good selection. Pool are was clean with lots of towels. The cleaning lady Rita on the second floor is amazing!! She is so friendly and accommodating, always asked us if there was something she could help us with. The Hilton is lucky to have such an amazing women working for them!! The front staff were just as nice as well. Checking in was a breeze and so was checking out.

Exceptional, nice fresh variety of food. Plenty of drink juices, coffee. Staff very customer friendly and helpful. Service area was nicely arranged and tables as well as food area was constantly cleaned. Great additional benefit if you are a early morning breakfast person.

You had to pay extra for wifi. I have stayed at many much lower priced lodgings that wifi was included. It was available if you were one of their regular customers or benefits rewards person. I will consider this then next time I book in the area.

Address to hotel says Battlefield Blvd. Actually entrance is on a different street! Very confusing and irritating as this was a divided road and caused inconvenience trying to find correct entrance

The lady that checked us in, Alexis (?) was a rockstar. Very personable and gave good information.

Small issue with room upon entry. The bathroom had definitely not been cleaned. The housekeeping manager and maintenance gentleman came up and corrected the issue. They were very compassionate about their jobs and made sure everything was in working order.

The room was very clean and fresh, and already cooled off via the AC (it was a hot day in June when we arrived). Check in was quick and easy. The staff was pleasant and helpful, especially a man named Jamal who worked at the check in counter after 10pm. He was so courteous and kind, and went above and beyond in assisting me when I had an issue. He helped make my stay there just that much nicer. Even the cleaning staff was really courteous when I had to bother one of them while they were working to request something. And the hot breakfast is really a breakfast! Different hot items offered daily, self serve waffle irons, and everything else you could want. This was our second time here, and we will stay here again next time we're in this area.

The price. Quite a bit more than the last time we stayed. Other than that, there wasn't anything we didn't like. Ok, breakfast being served until 11am instead of 10 on the weekends would be really nice, but that's more of a suggestion than a dislike. ;)

The breakfast was very good. I enjoyed it in my room. I was unable to visit the dining area but was told it was very nice and clean like the room I was in. The room was prestine. I was most impressed with that and the beds were like brand new.

I wish I could of stayed longer

It was okay, the first morning the breakfast was decent, the second day, some of the breakfast was not that good.

Some of the breakfast items were burnt. Didn't eat breakfast the second morning.

Breakfast was good, staff was friendly.

I put in a request for a roll out bed when I booked the hotel. The message I received was that my request was approved. When I arrived I was told there are only 6 roll out beds and they are all taken. We were offered blankets for the floor, but the 3 children with me shared one bed.
