I like the location, the spacious room I picked and the breakfast provided but I do wish there were more options.

The only thing that concerns me was the smell in the lobby, hallway and the room luckily I sanitized the room and bathroom then sprayed the rooms because it was musty like wet rags laying around. The closet was in a odd place that it was difficult to use. The a/c control on the wall didn't work as we expected.

Super close to all needed amenities, shopping food highways. The staff was incredibly nice and professional breakfast was really good better than most hotel breakfast and offered so many options I really liked the yogurt bar! Fruit was very fresh!

The pool was awesome and super warm loved that but it’s really cold in the pool room when you get out of the pool would have been nice to have a little heat in there also the pool could have been a little cleaner.

Generously sized room with desk and corner sofa area. We were travelling to the Outer Banks and this was a good location for travel and picking up snacks (grocery store nearby). We ate at Wasserhund which was a short walk away and casual with great food. Breakfast at the hotel had multiple choices.

It was a functional location for us to stop… so no views, etc but none were expected.

Location was good and convenient, comfortable beds, room size was ok, but smaller

Price was definitely too high. The breakfast was mediocre at best, they served powdered eggs which were cold, home fries were not cooked and cold, juice was watered down. I had better complementary or otherwise breakfast at many much cheaper places. The room was nice but not as nice as what I would expect from the Hyatt.

Everyone was nice and extremely helpful! The awesome ladies that took care of the breakfast area was nice enough to bring us turkey sausage because we don't eat pork bacon. Very very sweet!!

The pool area smelled a little and they don't have microwaves in the room. You can use the microwaves in the breakfast area but only when breakfast isn't being served.

Great breakfast: fresh blueberries, strawberries, & grapes in addition to hot options of pancakes, waffles, & bacon prepared & served throughout breakfast hours. 4. Two large elevators 5. Convenient, quiet location

It’s in a great area

Well we have stayed at the hotel numerous times but this is the first time we have had a somewhat bad experience when we first walked into the room it was a dirty rag on the counter. Then when my husband and I was eating he seen a roach coming down the wall which he killed. Cleaners need to pay more attention to detail

Excellent curb appeal and aesthetically pleasing common areas! Very welcoming and professional front desk personnel! Hotel was very peaceful, AC and hot water were excellent! Room temp was preset and cool upon arrival and it was over 90 degrees outside! This was our first visit; but not our last!💜

The elevators need air freshener units.

We skipped breakfast due to morning brunch somewhere else with friends. We "peaked in" to see what it was like, and it was not overwhelming. The room was nice and the extra space was very convenient... maybe one of the best room setups we've been in. The closet track needed attention, as well as the bathroom light and ironing board. None of this took too much away from our time at the Hyatt.

An early check in fee, when the room was available early, didn't seem to be the most hospitable thing to do. We drove through the night for an event that evening only to arrive at the Hyatt a couple hours early. The "customer will return to us" idea lost out to the idea of making a little more money even though there were rooms available early. Might have been a great idea to make money now, but you've lost us for the future.

Location to restaurants

I was disappointed in the fact that breakfast ended at 9:00 AM. The front desk had mentioned 10 AM but that was on the weekend. When we arrived at 9:30 the breakfast was all cleaned up and we did not get breakfast. The property should have breakfast schedule until 10 am every day
