Conveniently located right on the beach you can just go over the San Bern and you're in the beach. Not the cleanest part of the beach and not the most fun but Beach nonetheless

I believe this hotel is taking in section 8 people that are waiting for accommodations through section 8 I'm not sure I talked to a couple of people but definitely like just one step above homeless people staying in droves in this hotel maybe only four or five rooms are being rented by the night. Seems a little seedy honestly. My daughter and I practically babysat some kids at the pool not exactly sure what's going on there

The location is amazing right next to the beach. The room itself was fairly neat, of course if you searched for trim you’d find it , behind the beds and in some drawers, but in my personal experience for the price you couldn’t ask for better ! The breakfast bar was limited, but they do have waffles and I happen to be a waffle fanatic lol.

Thursday night and Friday night was calm and quiet , but Saturday night there was definitely more commotion, which I mean who doesn’t like to wild out a little Saturday night.

Conveniently located on the beach. Beautiful sunsets! Rooms were clean. Friendly staff!

Loud and rowdy hotel guests up past 3 am and blowing up fireworks in the parking lot for no reason (wasn’t a holiday weekend). Walls of the hotel are somewhat thin since we could hear the neighbors arguing and their kids crying. The breakfast bar wasn’t much of a breakfast. Waffles, toast, cereal and coffee- that’s it. Thankfully we brought our own food, and coffee maker since there isn’t any in the rooms.

I liked that when we checked in, he explained why the room we were given was different than what was online. I liked that iw was only a few yards to the beach. I also appreciated that it was easy to find and close to where we wanted to go.

There was no tub stopper, so I couldn't relax and take a bath. Breakfast did nit have much variety and I've never seen such time coffee cups.

Close to a beach, and it was relaxing. Wasn't crowded with a lot of people. You could also use canopies to shade from the sun.

We were told early check-in was accepted in an email. It was not accepted, and we had to wait for almost 5 hrs. There is nothing to do close by, so we waited in the car.

We loved the location and waffles and coffee for breakfast.

I would have liked to have a broom in the room just due to the amount of sand we had to try to not track in, and still did. Or maybe a feet washing station or a shower outside would have been really helpful.

The location was wonderful and the breakfast was great

The house keeping staff did not take our trash or dirty towels. We had to go to the front desk to ask for more towels and toiletries

LOVE THE BEACH. Room had very sanding floors all the time, not properly serviced, Not much of a Breakfast. Had to ask for linins and such. But over all really enjoyed ourselves.

Better breakfast, Clean linens at least every other day. Quiet the other visitors . Trash emptied every day. More chairs for a party of 2.

Location on the bay was great for kids to be able to enjoy the ocean without the giant crowds.

There was a storm one night that cause the parking lot to flood some but not too bad.

It has private beach access and breakfast in the mornings. Just a short drive to restaurants and activities.

The morning shift staff in the office is rude. But the night shift and evening is excellent.
