The room was large, it was easy to find. It was very clean and smell. Real, good when you walk in your room.

There were too many steps and you had to go downstairs. To be able to get ice, there were no railings in the shower for you to hold on to step into the tub.. For breakfast, the fruit look old but breakfast is okay. No meat, no boiled eggs or anything. It was basically waffle, cereal and bagels and a couple of muffins, not a large variety. There was a coffee pot in the room, but no coffee.. You have one small bar of soap and 3 bottles of lotion. I think it should have been at least 2 bars of soap in the room.

Didn’t get to have the breakfast. Our stay for one night was great!! No problems checking in, our room was right at the top of the stairs. Only problem was that our pillows were flat to sleep on, and the comforter had a blue stain on it. Otherwise, we enjoyed the stay.

Better pillows. We only had two each that were flat. It was as if we were using the mattress as our pillow.

The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. They are making a great effort to bring the place up from the previous owners, so do not pay any attention to the older reviews. The location is great, lots of places to eat nearby. It was right on the way from the airport to where we were going (Outer Banks). I would definitely stay there again.

The only thing that would make this place better is to have a free refund policy. Currently if your plans change, there are no refunds.

they should improve breakfast because what they offer is very limited, I stay there for 3 nights per week and I will do it for 6.meses, so I would like to apply frequent customer rates

I enjoyed the front desk staff and the beautiful room. This was my second time here and I absolutely love it. I will definitely be back. The inside is so beautiful and modern. I also love that you're near waffle house! I love waffle house.

Everything was great

The desk agent was friendly and helpful. And there was a woman named Bobbie who was super helpful and friendly.

The outside could be spruced up a bit and my room window was at ground level with the parking lot and the Waffle House next door. There were no blackout curtains, only blinds that allowed some light to shine through, especially car headlights.

Quiet, cheap, dog friendly. Lots of restaurants in the area. Staff was extremely friendly. Good value for the cost.

Complimentary breakfast was a bit sad, but with a waffle house and dunkin donuts next door, why even bother..

The great service when I checked in was very helpful. Very respectful and i feel like I'm important and valued. The owner's are fantastic and they treat you like family.

We drove all night from Connecticut and arrived about 9:30am. We went in and were told check in was later in the afternoon. I asked if it was at all possible to get our room earlier because we had driven all night and they said to call about 11:30 and they would try. They had our room ready at 11:30 and we got to sleep right away. They were very nice, and we will stay there next time we go to Chesapeake.

The air conditioner didn't get the room quite as cool as my son would have liked but it was finr for me.

Location was convenient, walking distance to many food outlets.
