The location was great, it was clean The staff was amazing!!!

I wasn’t able to take pictures due to my phone needed to be charged, but the mattress closes to the window needs to be replaced.. it was a HUGE STAIN on the mattress, not sure if it was blood or something wasted.. we came from out of town I was to tired to ask for another room, for them to tell me I couldn’t move to one. I will call them on Monday and let them know to REMOVE THAT MATTRESS!! That’s not good ! My room was 402…. and for one night the room was a little expensive, for me to lock in the date in January…I thought the room was going to out of this world but put me in the mind of just a regular hotel.. but it’s done and over with. Thank you.

The breakfast was decent. I was very happy that the lady serving the food let me have some even though I was a few minutes late. The location was acceptable as well. The accommodations were perfectly adequate.

I only had one issue. The USB ports in the room charged my phones very slowly. This is a fairly minor issue that would not prevent me from staying here again.

Well located. Felt safe. Staff were very nice. Breakfast was good. Walls and windows well insulated so little noise from outside and other rooms.

Furniture old, poor quality and not well maintained. Light by bed didn’t work. Floor above room allowed noise to travel down into our room.

Everyone has been super friendly. Breafast was great. Mary the cook was sweet pillows and bed was very comfortable. We were there for a funeral but very close to all stores and needs.

I cant say that there was anything I didnt like. Maybe coffe maker outdated. we like to use our coffee pods.

I liked the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the facility, the design of the bathroom and the location. I did not have the breakfast during my stay, because breakfast was provided somewhere else. I was very pleased with my stay.

Although the room was very clean, the smell of freshness was missing.

Did not feel welcomed by African American woman in breakfast area.She was rude and very unhappy in what she was doing.I could feel she did not want to be there.The way she spoke to me was so unprofessional.The other woman (cocasion) that was also working has been there before she was very kind had a smile on her face and has always made me feel welcomed.She spoke to my 3 year old grandchild and I appreciated that.

Excellent breakfast choices and wonderful breakfast staff. The front desk was great as well.

The handicap parking was too far from the main entrance for my mother. It was would have worked better if it was closer to the entrance and I had to park in the back and handicap parking wasn’t near a close entrance for her. More is needed.

Breakfast good. Don't much like powdered eggs but they tasted ok.

I absolutely do not like fluctuating room rates. 1st night was 139 the 159 then 209 for the last night. Also, if I had realized in accessing the Fairfield webpage to book my room that I was actually going through Booking.com at $209 per night I would have closed the page immediately. My previous stay was $139 / night plus tax. Why is Booking.com more expensive and changes through the week?

It is very clean and the fitness room has a lot of equipment and a variety of weights. The breakfast was well stocked and the staff was friendly and helpful. Check process was quick and easy. I arrived after a long day of work and was in my room very quickly.

The guy at the desk was very rude and wouldn’t let me check in for a long time. I had to call my booking app to confirm it after they took my money. Just watch for the YT guy at the counter. He might be a little prejudice
