Cooked breakfast was OK. Kinda watery (both eggs and sausage). Coffee machine was very good. Outdoor pool was excellent (though I used my own towel). Front desk staff were very friendly. Parking and access to hotel was good.

Though the room (room 209) was ‘clean’ (sheets, towels, floor, desk), I happen to notice a squashed bug on the wall above one of the beds. I stepped up on the bed to wipe off and noticed the head board was covered with heavy dust. I wiped that down and then checked the picture, mirror and other high places for dust, which I found and wiped down. I also noticed the ventilation screen above the toilet was also dusty but I did not clean that. Assume the cleaning staff may not be tall enough to be actual to wipe down/dust higher spots.

The breakfast was fantastic! The front desk staff were very friendly. The beds were comfortable.

The lighting in the rooms were not great and the floors were a bit dirty. After wearing socks for just and hour or two, the bottoms were black. There were not any vending machines or snack options in the lobby despite signs for snacks with prices. The breakfast was amazing, but there was a cleaning staff member who would not smile and seemed annoyed any time my two children would drop a few crumbs on the floor. She was literally sweeping under our feet while we were eating.

The Staff was amazing, pleasant and helpfull. This was not a new hotel, but was clean and presentable

Too clean? The cleaner that the houskeeping used daily was strong and bleach based and too strong for my sensativity. I had to ask them not to steralize my room every day. The breakfast was mixed. the eggs and side meat were very limited and even not available every day. But amazingly they had farm fresh yogurt that you could add fruit if desired. I am not a big yogurt guy and still found this to be great. A first that I have found in any hotel.

Nice & clean, we stayed there for a baseball tournament we had around the corner & it was conveniently close to eating places & stores, both ladies at the front desk were wonderful, let us invite other players to come over & swim while having a birthday party. Even the cleaning lady was nice as can be. A little pricey but money well spent for what was needed. Clean standard rooms clean blue water for pool!

No Bacon for breakfast that's about all I can complain about also pillows could be more fluffy.

The person cooking was very rude. Said she was not cooking anymore and it was 7am son my grandson had to go next door to bojangles. She complained about her job to everyone and was cussing so we did not go back

The ice machine was broke the whole time and very rude lady doing breakfast. Refused to cook after 6:45 said people don’t need to eat anymore cause she was done Do better with cooking person

I liked the location of the property. Not far from the beach and about 5 minutes from Walmart. There is also a gas station across the road and several restaurants right at the hotel or even less than 5-15 minutes from it.

When we got there the room wasn’t 100% clean. The bed sheets had human hairs on them. It smelled like mens cologne when we walked in, which therefore made me chest tight with my severe asthma. The hand towels hanging up in the bathroom was not clean.

For the most part it was clean. They were not prepared for the items requested at the time the reservations were placed online.

I had to verbally ask for a shower chair and extra towels a few times once on site. I didn’t receive the shower chair until several hours after I needed to shower for evening plans. We never received the extra towels requested. We had to get towels from the pool. I requested a shower chair and extra towels at the time I placed the reservation.

Very friendly staff... beautiful location. Loved the saltwater pool even though it was a little too warm for me. (It was hot as the sun outside! The one visit i made to NC, they were in an extreme heat warning)

Late check-out was only an hour later. I needed to stay until 4 but it wasn't an option unless I wanted to pay for a whole other night.

I liked that it was clean and easy to find. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly, checking in/out was simple.

The pillows were tiny, and when we asked for more they said they were out…should a hotel run out of pillows?? And this is so random but the carpet in the hallway is a fall hazard. I don’t know what company installed it but it has so many lumps and raised spots. That needs to be corrected asap.

I loved the whole setup! It was peaceful and clean. I also enjoyed the seated area in the lobby… I got a chance to relax and read my book while meeting some interesting guests. The pool area was small but the gorgeous scenery of the wooded area made up for that. The staff were extremely friendly! I would definitely go back and stay longer.

I can’t think of anything other than the pool being small.
