The hotel is beautiful. Great location. I stayed on the 19th floor. Best room ever. The layout is perfect. Loved the accessibility to the pier, and the restraunt at the pier is awesome. Delicious food. Will definitely stay again.

Didn't care for the man at the check in dressed like a drag queen. HE was rude and his nails were disgusting.

I loved the location and the views! We stayed on the marsh side but we also had a view of the beach as well. So pretty!

The only thing that I didn't like was the noise the vent was making on the second night. I think it was because of the blustery winds blowing past the vent on the outside that made the vent kind of loud. We had to close the bathroom door and turn the vent on for the noise to stop. But it really was not a big deal.

Beach front, really nice room -King Suite- nice pools and hot tubs. Friendly staff and great location

Wish we could have enjoyed the pier but unfortunately it is still being repaired. Hopefully next time. The concierge did not mention which tower our room was in so we went back and forth until we found it.

The room was very spacious and right off the beach. We were able to access all amenities in the buildings close by. This location was even close to my favorite food store to shop to put food in the fridge.

My bathrooms was very nasty, hair was every where. I do clean up just in case but I spent about 30 mins mainly cleaning the bathrooms because the tubs looked clean but when we started cleaning. You could see the hair in the tub and around the toilets, all over the floor. Plus we had dirty dish cloths in our room. My husband took them to the lobby. It would also be nice to have a bridge or something connecting both of the hotels instead of going through the garage and walking on the main street to get the the main hotel let alone the lobby.

The location was amazing. We were able to download their app and get our keys before the room was ready so we could access everything but the room. They did text me and let me know when the room was ready. The rooms were super comfortable and had just about anything you could imagine to cook with.

We were in tower 2 and the pool wasn't heated. We had to walk across the street to use the other pool that was heated. Wasn't necessarily a bad thing since the pool wasn't over crowded but hopefully the tower 2 pools will be updated to include heat in the future.

Location close to some restaurants , grocery store, ocean front , could go out on the pier this year. Room size was great, bed very comfortable, great view from living room area/ bedroom area.House keeping did a great job, with bringing towels/ garbage daily.

Being on the 4th floor requested a higher floor @least 6th or higher, but still got same floor as b4 last reservation, the room had to keep air down really cold, if not the floor , refrigerator, etc got dew/ humidity, elevator slow, waited long time alot, the door on our sliding glass door handle was off, couldn't open from outside on balcony& inside handle was about to fall off, did report to front desk ,& was fixed right away. The locks on the pool gates hard to get into, key pads didn't work alot, or was locked, & one of hot tubs the jets didn't work.

Love the location of the Prince, tower two is just a crosswalk away from the beach and has a nice parking garage. Our marsh view room also had views of the ocean and the boulevard which was a big plus! The resort was very clean and all the staff were super kind! Housekeeping made sure we were always stocked on towels and the texts alerting to when they would be coming was a great bonus. The pools were great and kept clean and our check-in/out was very quick. We will definitely be back!

Our only issue was with the Chromecast in our room. It was 50/50 if it would work, but it didn’t bother us at all because we didn’t spend much time watching TV (who would when the beach is right in front of you?)

I loved the secluded feeling of the property. The parking was great. In, March it's still a little windy, so the pool was out of the question, but the pier was a nice breezy walk.. Restaurants and shops were right up the street and the main beach shopping was a 5 min car ride to N. Myrtle beach.. Our trip was outstanding and we will definitely return.

Let's see..... I didn't like... tall step in bathtubs.. the tubs are outdated and I really perfer( I'm over 60 with bad knees... lol..) the walk in showers..

I love the location of this property. I love that the property had ul pools and several hot tubs and also included shirts and cornhole and entertainment is a big plus.

I’m not exactly sure what this is that comes up out of the ground by the pools that are close to the lobby and near or should I say in between the water fountains there’s something sticking up out of the ground. This is a metal piece. I tripped over it and broke my toe. I did not do an incident report, but I did tell the staff and they did nothing about it. I was not the only one who tripped over it the night they had the entertainment with the people from Hawaii. Very hard to see at night just disappointed that they told me they were going to go look at it and cover it up

Our room was beautiful and perfect place the pier was right in front of our room phenomenal superb. Front Desk is the best we checked in earlier and so we can be on a waiting list as soon as it’s ready. Great job stuff on front desk. Our room I can’t complain we got enough of towels don’t even bother to ask for more and house keeping doesn’t need to bother us either , we actually don’t use all of the towels until we left. Room 1009 ocean front corner the best spot to watch the sunrise and everything. Definitely coming back here.

The restaurant needs a proper management it was horrible. We sat down waited 10-15 mins before we got a menu, another 10 mins before they started getting orders, salad bad pls be careful it was horrible the cucumbers are slimy like when my daughter picked it split the sliced cucumbers it was sticky, the lettuce it was rotten. The server they are nice they just need somebody to manage them and know what they need to do. We told the server nicely that their salad bar is rotten not good to serve, people could get sick and then we canceled our orders and left.
