Saw a roach on counter, near microwave.

Outside is dark and needs more handicap parking we requested our room be cleaned but it was never cleaned our trash was full the tv mirror and desk was dirty and so much dust it was awful we requested with the 9.pm ladies that our room be cleaned nothing never our towels laid outside our door for 20 hours before picked up the last night we had n I towels o t washcloths

The elevator button didn't work

The water temperature was terrible. Never got hot. Luke warm

Needs some cosmetic work, paint cracking and peeling in room. Made it feel a little dirty

The facility was great except restroom in swimming pool area was out of order the whole 3 days that were there. Also, mattress was somewhat lumpy. Very clean.

I have stayed in many motels and the breakfast was easily the worst I have had. If the waffles had not been great, I would have eaten out. Fried eggs [never good] cannot be served in large quantity and be anything but hard and tasteless (cold), potatoes (cold), sausage cold. Lacking any wheat bread, bagels or English muffins. Better upgrade if you want to compete.

I have been at this hotel several times. So I knew exactly what to expect before I went. As expected, the staff is very nice. A clean decent room was available. There is plenty of parking. The location itself is really pretty good. It's right on a main road where you can quickly and easily get pretty much anything. I didn't use services like grub hub or uber eats, but I do believe it's readily available.

The TV's definitely need to be modernized. Cellular reception in some rooms / locations is bad. Vending machines should either be in service or removed. other than that, it's a very good hotel. Definitely worth the money paid.

The indoor outdoor pool was amazing! Shower pressure perfect. Breakfast just what you needed to get started. Staff friendly.

If you pay cash you have to leave a 200$ deposit also. Makes no sense but was returned without even inspecting the room so🤷‍♀️.

Everything was perfect for time that I was there. All staff and guests that I spoke with were great people. Thanks again.

The only thing I would say here is that the room had kinda of a bad smell when I first got there but not so bad and not surprised being a pet friendly room. A little air freshener and all was good. Thanks again
