We loved the beachfront location and the pool. The condo was clean and mostly updated.

Most of the condo seemed to be updated, however the kitchen was clean enough but really needed to be updated. The stove was very old and some burners didn’t work. Microwave was old as well. Some of the facing on kitchen cabinets were messed up and in rough condition. It would have been nice to have had a washer and dryer in the condo but at least there was a coin operated laundry room right outside the entry door.

Love the location and the host is friendly and attentive.

This was our second time staying and I was overall pleased, however, I’m not sure if they changed their cleaning service since the last time we stayed but the room was not as clean as the last. Nothing major but the floors were sandy (which is of course hard to avoid at the beach) but we did not have that issue last time. Also the bathrooms were not as clean as the last time. We also found several roaches during our stay. The first couple were palmetto bugs that I’m sure made their way in from the patio which is typical for the beach but we did find one in the kitchen as well.

It was a nice and quiet place to stay, no noisy neighbors, and it is in an area that is way less busy than other places I’ve stayed in Myrtle. There were always parking spots available and I liked that the parking spots were spacious and covered. The room was clean and the kitchen is equipped with anything you would need. WiFi worked well. I also liked that the room is directly in front of a laundry area so we had the option to wash our clothes before packing up. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The owner is very nice and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Just overall a great place to stay and will be back!

Nothing! It would be nice to have a drink machine somewhere on the property though (There may have been one and I just missed it)

Very pleased with our stay. Parking was easy, the elevator was convenient, and the condo was in a great location. Beautiful beachfront view from the balcony and master bedroom. Nice size bedrooms and two bathrooms. It even has a fireplace which is nice during the off season. Condo is located with a pier to the left and one to the right a little further down. Lots of shell beds along the shore if you like to look for shells/sharks teeth.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property.

We loved the place, it was in the perfect location with super easy access to the beach, nice to be able to run up to the condo whenever you needed to. The elevator being across from our unit made it super accessible for my disabled partner. Parking was easy for us but I could see it being limited in a busier time of year. We loved having a porch with ocean views, we were always out there. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels etc. You could easily cook in the kitchen, they had everything you could need. Excellent host Josh, very responsive and accommodating to our requests. There were even beach chairs we ended up using from the storage closet, saved us $ renting them. Overall, it was wonderful.

If you are being picky, a few things throughout the condo could be updated. I would not use the oven to bake anything as I tried to make cookies and they immediately burned; temp may be off. We did not like the super raised bed in the main room but since it was just us, we slept in the other room, and it was much more comfortable. We had a really hard time finding good places to eat but that's no reflection on the property.

Good location. Great host! Easy to work with and communicate with. Liked the proximity of the parking area. Liked having two bathrooms. The two entrances to the guest bathroom was nice. It was nice having a beachfront view.

A few things in the condo need repair or replacing. Mattresses on beds and couch/hide-a-way look and feel old and well-used. Light fixtures need updating and/or replaced. Screen door leading out to balcony needs repaired.

There was all the room you could possibly want for a romantic getaway, and right on the beach to walk sun rise and sun set every day. I loved it

It's not really fair to name a negative because the good far out does the negative. But the sun comes up not over the ocean but to the extreme far left of the condo

The location was fine. Water pressure good and hot water worked great. Bed was comfortable. when I had questions, Josh was quick to answer and help me facilitate the issue. Nice and quiet location.

Sofa bed and couch had crumbs and dirt under the cushions. Master bedroom bath shower doors need work as does the patio door.

The condo was clean and in a fabulous location. A nice selection of kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, pots pans ect. were provided for the times you wanted to eat in. They also provided adequate towels.

Nothing. It was pretty wonderful.

It is out dated and needs some up grades. The throw pillows in the living room need to be replaced they are old and dirty. The master bedroom mattress didn’t have a mattress pad on the bed so it’s not very sanitary. It would have been nice to have some room darkening curtains on the second bedroom window the lights from outside are very bright.
