I like the location and access to the beach area was very easy, ocean view was amazing, the pool area was good for both children and adults with the depth. The room had everything we needed in our rooms from shampoo conditioner, body wash, hand soap,, lotion. Full size kitchen, refrigerator, ice-maker, washier dryer, pool towels, with all appliances, pots/pans w/ utensils, blender, microwave, coffee machine, and the all toiletries for both bathroom and kitchen, plus more. Beautiful balcony to view ocean and pool area.

I did not like that the parking deck was not attached to the the Resort, and not fond of the hideaway bed, but a neat idea to give space and still accommodate family size.

Although we received a confirmation from both Booking.com and Wyndham, at checking time we've been told that ou stay was 2 days shorter that what was booked. I showed them both confirmation emails and they said since we booked with booking,com, it is our problem. That wasn't a good start. After discussing with te staff to no avail for 2 days, a manager said that she will fix it. She did, but it created a stress that we didn't need.

The property was clean. The staff was beyond professional. The grounds were well kept no weird smells. I will definitely be staying again.

The staff was wonderful! The room was spacious, extremely comfortable and the balcony was HUGE. The kitchen was well equipped, the in room laundry was a great perk. The showers were clean and had great water pressure. The view was beautiful, the wrist band keys made it pretty easy to come and go. And on the whole the room was cleaner than most hotels.

Just a few small things - the bag of extra bedding seemed unwashed (had multiple hairs on the pillows and blanket), the floors were kinda dirty - I noticed my son's white socks were brown/black by bedtime each night, and while totally understandable it was a bit inconvenient the have to park across the street

The AC in our room wasn't working. At first, it was thought to be due to the batteries in the thermostat, but after changing them, it still wasn't working. Luckily, it was cold out, so we just opened the balcony door to let in some cooler air. We were only there for 2 days, so we decided not to worry the staff with it, which I'm sure if we had, they would have moved us or done whatever was needed to accommodate us. However, I did let them know at checkout that it still wasn't working, so I'm sure they are already working on it.

The facilities and the room were very clean. We enjoyed having the fully stocked kitchen and the washer/dryer in our room. This was very appreciated since we brought our kids and could cook and do laundry whenever we needed! The ocean view was beautiful. The biggest hit for our children was the lazy river - they loved it! It was heated, as well as the regular pool, which was perfect! The staff were friendly and helpful. Happened to pass an employee vacuuming the hallway as I was taking trash to the chute and he offered to take it for me! The hallways and the room smelled nice and were quiet! We didn't hear anyone next to, above, or below us. The beds were comfy and we slept very well. Wonderful stay and we will definitely plan to return!

There's nothing that we didn't like!

The room was fantastic-full kitchen, laundry, living area, etc. Updated, clean, and so cozy, comfortable, and homey. The pools were perfect for our family, as well as how close to the beach it is! The front desk staff was PHENOMENAL…special shout out to Preston and Kaitlyn…they were beyond helpful and friendly! I would absolutely come here again, not only because of how great our room was, and the amenities, location, and value, but also because of how great Preston and Kaitlyn were! Many thanks for all of your help, especially when day one was filled with some challenges—they helped smooth everything out! :)

Nothing! It would be nice if there were some food options in the hotel, but not an issue with things nearby! Definitely not a reason I wouldn’t stay here again!

The location is absolutely beautiful. The room was very clean and smelled amazing.

When we booked this location online, we reserved and paid in advance for an oceanfront room. We received a Boulevard room and was not given a chance to get the room we booked. It was disappointing but the stay all in all was supurb!

Had a great time, staff is wonderful. They gave us a corner room on the 9th floor that had a view of the ocean and blvd. Bedroom view overlooking the ocean was great. Balconies are very small, but fit 2 people fine. Room was very clean and comfy. Parking directly across the street which was great and didn't have to move car once. Good breakfast place walking distance as well as a grocery store that had plenty to offer. Pool was enjoyable, and easy to get in and out of, and Beach access easy as well. They had a movie playing on a blow up projector screen Friday Night and then a DJ Saturday night, however they stop everything at 10pm which I felt was way to early for a weekend activity at the beach. There is not a pool bar so you must bring own drinks which wasn't a big deal. All in all we had a great time and would Definitely stay again. It is a timeshare place however, we were not really pressured into attending one of the tours which was nice. 8/10 (Photos added are from room 939).

Activities at night end to early. I think a poolside bar serving drinks might add a fun touch for people who might not bring own drinks. I think a place like this should have a restaurant or lounge for hanging out at night and eating breakfast/dinner.

The property was clean, parking was convenient compared to other resorts, walking distance to eat and grocery store. Beds were comfy. Loved the spa tub!

Pool was relatively small for the size of the resort. Summer I can imagine would be a disaster. Check in took forever with the time share speech. First of my three days I received 7 calls trying to get my family (almost 2 year old included) to do a timeshare tour. How many times do I have to say no?!
