The location was great for the North side! The rooms were clean , big & spacious. The balcony had a partially of view of the ocean.❤️ The indoor pools were convenient for the kids, the indoor bar was A -Must Try for the adults.

The guest bedroom shower head was running slow. The parking deck for tower 2 ( p2) was a little congested and confusing for the elevator ride to and from our rooms ( AT FIRST)

The location and staff were super friendly

The resort is very nice. Several pools and some are heated . Right on the beach which is perfect. The 2 bedroom is perfect for my family of 4 and mother in law.

Disappointed that the oven and microwave were melted like they had caught fire and were not replaced. Also extremely disappointed and unhappy with the pushy timeshare sales team. After basically feeling required to attend the sales presentation I agreed. I was told it would be 60min and then sent with materials to review and an option to speak with someone if I wanted. The "presentation" was about 5min. I then spent 3 hours with their high pressure sales team. They made it very hard to leave even after I said several times I was not interested. They definitely tell lie after lie. Stay away from the sales presentation if you can.

Access to all 4 buildings gave the kids multiple pool, hot tub, lazy river options. Walking right out of the building to the beach every day was fantastic. Ability to go from beach to pool back up to room in minutes. Initially booked for tower 4 across the street but Wyndham was able to fulfill my request for a room in one of the beachside buildings. This was our 2nd trip to this Wyndham and I'm sure we will be back.

Not a ton of restaurant options in the area walking distance but not a huge deal because there are places you can drive to and each unit has a full kitchen with multiple grocery stores nearby

Amazing room with a side view of the sea. Lovely balcony to sit out on although didn't get a lot of sun due to the height of the accommodation towers. Facilities in the hotel were good. The lazy rivers were relaxing and the direct access to the beach was another bonus. We also really like our room which was a 2 bedroom suite with jacuzzi bath and kitchenette area. All in all a very relaxing place to stay.

It's a timeshare place so checking in takes longer than usual as they try to convince you to go to a timeshare presentation and offer you incentives for doing so. We were only there for 2 full days and didn't want to spend 25% of this in a timeshare presentation. We were also a little disappointed with the eating options on site. There was one small takeaway type place providing heated food in containers which meant we had to either make our own or go out in the car to find somewhere to eat.

The property was wonderful. We started going last year to celebrate our anniversary.

The calendar of events for the week seems fun and allows enjoyment for families. However, the only event my husband was interested in didn’t allow him to sign up. Apparently they could only accommodate 10 people for the whole property. (they signed up 20) We were never informed there was a limit until he tried to sign up that morning before the evening event. We lost interest in any of the events after that.

Love the location. Comfortable bed and linen.

This is a time share location. They claim to be "no pressure" but after you check in, they make you go sit with a guest services agent who offers you money/trips to sit through a presentation. After saying no several times, they continued on. Had to hold firm with them. Then they called and tried again the next morning. I have done the presentation before, and despite claiming the gifts are yours before you even go to it, they won't release it until you have sat through it and then spoken to a sales person.

The hotel it self is nice, very spacious plenty of pools. Nice staff bed was very comfortable despite the bed bites.

The first night I got bite by something in the sheets. It started on my foot. Total of 5-6 bites. I woke up and went downstaris and told the receptionist she was super nice about it. Called maintenance who checked the room and they changed all the beding in the room but I was told nothing was found, they won't take anything off the price when I clearly had big red spots that were not there before I arrived. I was given $50 hotel credit to use at the restaurant. Something was there because the next night nothing bite me at all. That was biggest done fall of the trip. The area to check can be confusing they don't have clear signage to help when you are checking in late.

Location & the view! Very large suites. Had everything you needed. Walking distance to shopping & food. The resort is well laid out. Washer & drier in units. Very family friendly spot. Great value for money.

I don't want to nit pick bc it's a great location & and very big resort. They are definitely keeping up with it. Could use some updates, Appliances are old. Not enough blankets in the room. Took long for hot water, like really long. But overall I'd recommend!

The room is very nice and the bed is comfortable. Love the views from our room even in the fourth tower. Love the big bath tub and space. Pools are wonderful.

Check in was a disaster, told to keep looping around the parking deck until someone pulled out. After driving four hours with a one year old, no thank you. Security was helpful when called about the sorority banging on walls. Second stay this has happened.
