I liked the location and the pools and hottub were nice

I didn't like that there is no where in the little kitchen to put food. The pans were awful everything stuck in them real bad. The beds were really hard. The kitchen table was all scratched and marked up and one of the chairs had a seat that was all torn up. If you need anymore little packs of laundry detergent, you had to pay for them. The all you can eat breakfast is a Jimmy Dean biscuit and were limited on those.

We like how big the room was and it was is a very quiet part of the beach. We love the peacefulness and it wasn't crowded. The kids enjoyed the pool even though we had to fight with some of the door that was suppose to make it an inside pool and block out the wind. There were doors missing and wind was getting through so it wasn't technically an inside pool

We didn't like that the room displayed on booking.com is not the actual room that was given. We felt swindled and it was very misleading which was very upsetting but we made the best out of the stay because the office said it wasnt nothing they could do to switch the room because they weren't the ones renting out that particular room, it was through booking. And this is not the first time from my understanding that this particular room displayed has misleading pictures when booking it. And the pool doors for the off season were not all installed. We really had to fight with some strong winds and trying to keep warm inside the pool area indoors.

It was clean, just old and in need of updates.

It could really use some updating and the parking deck was a nightmare. We didn’t know until we checked out that there was a parking area across the street, but even that was a small lot that looked pretty bad and unsafe. The Wi-Fi was off the majority of our stay. If you visit, please note that due to the layout of the rooms the noise in the hall will be directly beside your pillow while you sleep. We had one little girl whose parents let her stand in the hallway at 7am and sing and chatted at the top of her lungs for about 20 minutes one morning. The hallway and bedroom share a wall. Through poor planning, that wall is the one where they placed the head of each bed, so she came through loud and clear.

Did not get the room I booked for, appears there were a lack of communication in my reservation number, it couldn't be found? Still would like to know why I didn't get the room I was booked for, I feel like I was over charged for the room I got.

The view was great!

The parking would probably be the reason I wouldn’t book again. It was terrible. It was very frustrating trying to fit into the extremely tight spaces with barely enough room to actually get out of the vehicle.

Nice place to stay. Kids enjoyed the indoor pools and closeness to oceanfront. Rooms were clean and had everything needed.

FYI...pictures of room on booking.com are for the 3 bedroom. 2 bedroom balconies are not oceanfront.

Parking garage and wished I had an oceanfront room instead of side view

The room was very nice. Had a kitchen with a washer and dryer. It also has a bed from the wall in the living room to pull down from. The view was peaceful with the side view of the ocean and the view of the streets were clean and pretty. By 9pm it was a ghost town, no one was in site. Very quiet and beautiful, I do not know if it is like this all year around but March is a nice month to visit. The balcony is crub into your privacy which is a nice design if you like to sit outside like myself but with privacy from the other rooms nearby, the bathroom had a nicesize spa tub with jets. It was nice to relax before bedtime. I love the lazy pool and the hot tub they have downstairs. From the pool you can just walk right onto the beach. The beach is very clean, the sand almost looks white. Breakfast was also good with make your own Waffles. Great tasting coffee. Eggs. Cereal. Bagles. Muffins. Bacon. For an additional cost of 7.50. Which wasn't bad at all.

You can't bring your breakfast into your room you have to eat it there in the Caf. As myself I am not a morning person with little children. I do not liked to be looked at eating breakfast in the morning around others unless dressed and ready. So it was annoying to get myself and my.kids ready just to go get breakfast in the same hotel. It would had been easier for my husband just to bring it up to us after proof of payment and people.

Trudy was super helpful and made our stay awesome.

There was plenty of parking, but the spaces were really small. The parking deck itself was very tight.
