No hot chocolate

It was convenient for places to eat and shopping. We were just too far from the beach to walk but that was our fault due to we didn’t know much about the location of hotel.

On one occasion I asked 3ties for towels and liens. I talked to front desk twice and to service staff once. Each time I was told that I would receive my request. After an outing of the day I returned to room with nothing. They had came and half made the bed. I talked to front desk and was received the items I requested. She also told me that she was told they left my request. Also the rooms and hallways had a smell of strong paint and mildew. The carpet is awful and need to be replaced. As always I have my own Lysol and room scent burners so I could tolerate the smell. Also the air conditioner was so loud. Other than that our stay was good. We spent most of the time away. Our stay was 7 days. Need to be updated!

Location was very important to us

The price per night was excessive. Room rates on beachfront were less.

Proximity to attractions.

Understaffed at check-in but the staff did the best they could with what they had.

I love how close it was to the beach. I was able to watch the sunrise each morning. Lots of various restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance, too. Only about 15-20 minutes from Myrtle Beach.

Pillows on the bed could have been firmer - not so soft as it made it difficult to get comfortable while sleeping. Breakfast was good, but it would have been nice to have different choices instead of the same thing each morning. Just a suggestion.

Location was very convenient to the grocery store and retails store.

The location is hard to get out of when leaving difficult to see the traffic coming and going. Also I would like to see a better breakfast selections. The other Comfort Inns in NC. Offer a little more. Example grits, and oatmeal. This location only had sausage, eggs, cereal, muffins, waffles, apples, and that was everyday of our stay.

Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. The a/c was great. The hotel was located in a good spot. I have a family of four. CVS and Walgreens were close and foodllion across the street. Awesome Chinese spot about a block away leaving the property to the right. And there is a golf cart rental next door. I did not get one because of my budget but a lot of other people did and they drove all over with those things lol. Pretty cool. Also gas station next door as well. Really accessible to many things around the area without breaking the bank in ur stay.

Check in is at 3pm my family and I arrived about 2:30 pm when I went to the front desk No one was there at the window. I stood standing there for a few minutes. It so happens the staff was behind me sitting down in the breakfast area and only reason why I knew that is because a gentleman came in after me and hit a bell at the front counter and they decided to move then. I don't travel often and so I was not aware to hit a bell to get customer service. Especially if they see u standing there and don't say anything. Coffee not good too watery no matter if bold or regular. Could have been the time I went down to get breakfast.

The breakfast was great. Some oatmeal would be perfect to top everything off me and my daughters had a good time that was just things that I noticed.

My tub was dirty I use the washer and dryer. The dryer was so loud. I’m sure it just didn’t get that way. My room had an humidifier or some sort of air purifier to control the I guess, odor or humidity

The rates was great and the complimentary breakfast as well.

We were notified at checking that this hotel is doing renovations. There were some carpet issues because I almost dropped on the carpet when proceeding to my room. The carpet is pulled up on the right side where I was walking.

Everything was clean, pool was clean, staff was nice and the beds were comfortable

People above us that were on the 2nd floor were loud with no control of their children allowing them to run, jump up and down on the floors. This was 630 in the morning and 11pm until 230am We complained but it was got even louder.
