The property was excellent and beautiful, also the neighbors was passionate and a big help with accessing entrance, etc.

I did like that the staff was not knowledgeable nor pleasant in assisting us with information concerning access to the property such as keys, pass or pass code to utilize the trash area and pool also, the neighbors used their code and keys to help us to have access. We had to call everyday to get a new code to enter the property never heard such a thing very inconvenient and they had nerve to asked when was we checking out. They must have a new staff because we stayed there in July 2018 and they were very friendly and helpful concerning our stay.

There was a lot of space and all but one bedroom had its own bathroom. There were also sufficient items to cook with though they are old and need to be replaced. It was very quiet at night, which was nice. There was a pool within walking distance though we had to have others let us in as the pool code is only for the indoor pool, which is 20min away.

Pool passes were not left in our unit, which meant we would’ve had to drive 20min just to pick them up. There needs to be a resort map available as the resort is so large. It is a good 30min to the main resort area and it takes almost 10min to get to the highway from the resort. There is supposedly a shuttle available but no information ok where the stops are or the hours it is available. The pots and pans are old and peeling and the coffee maker was finicky as to whether it was going to work that day or not.

I cooked the entire stay

Master bedroom was two twin mattress that kept separating and they were not comfortable. No extra trash bags or tissue. The kitchen had no dish cloth only a towel so we had to go purchase those extra items.The front left burner is slow so it was hard to fry anything on it. Only one set of towels were provided for each guest which meant you had to wait on clean linen to be washed in between uses and nothing to wipe up spills. The TVs were extremely mall especially in the family area and it had no apps. The indoor pool was too far away to travel with kids. And the furniture needs updating

It was a nice location. Facilities were comparable for the price and the late time of booking.

The dryer malfunctioned and the shower head in the master bathroom was faulty as well. We contacted guest services who stated that a maintenance person was on the way after completing a job around 10am. The maintenance person never showed and guest services were called multiple times. As a result, we had to cram wet and dirty clothes into my SUV which limited my vehicle's capacity, as well as, the amount of shopping I could do.

We were a little disappointed that we didn’t have access to the pool pictured. And it was a little confusing on how to get into the pool we did have access too because we were told we didn’t need to actually check in anywhere once we got the call the unit was ready and the email with the codes needed to get into it. We had to ask around and finally found out we had to drive 10 minutes to another facility to get the key card which we would have done before going into the unit if we had known.

Loved the area, we definitely would be back and bring family/ friends. The pool was amazing, the room we stayed in was great.

The fact that you had to supply your own TP, paper towels, dish soap, and things like that. We had people coming to our room from below us complaining about kids running around at 12/1am while my children were in bed asleep already, so the layout of the rooms was off.

It was very spacious and comfortable. Very safe and friendly area.

Our place was on the third level with only stairs to access it. It would have been nice to request bottom floor, or be notified of the exact location of the unit prior to arrival. Knowing the exact location would have better helped us know if we needed a rental car (which we didn't think we would need.... we did)

Clean and location and number of bathrooms.

Half of the lamps and remotes didn’t work. The WORST part was when we went to the pool, we couldn’t get in. We were not provided access cards!! We were told nothing about this. The rental office was not onsite so we couldn’t easily get access cards. This was very frustrating for us.

It was comfortable, clean... home away from home. It was only 10 minute drive from North Myrtle beach. Also we had 2 full bathrooms and pool was right across the street

There was no room service. We had to rewash bath clothes and towels daily. 24 minutes from South Myrtle beach where all the attractions are.

I liked the fact that it was in a safe, pleasant and quiet area. I also liked the fact that everything was in close proximity to the the villas.

There wasn’t an iron in the room. When I called for housekeeping to bring me one, I never received it although they said they would get one over to me.
