Overall it’s a plus that’s why I’ve visited more than once

The only problem I had was checking in. The First Lady’s attitude wasnt pleasant. When I thought I had an issue finding my document she just walked away and she didn’t try to see if there was anything that should could do. The lady that actually checked me in was amazing she even remembered me from past visits and so did another young lady.

The penthouse was great very clean and furnished great. We had no problems with getting towels everyday. Housekeeping came everyday and replaced the items we needed to be replaced. The amenities were great. My granddaughter love the pool and lazy river.

Only down was when we arrived to our penthouse there was a terrible smell, which we thought was probably coming the swamp that ran on the side of the resort. I always take plug inside and candles with me because it has been my experience that sometimes ocean front rooms have a stale smell. We didn't have to worry after I got my plug in and candles started.

The apartment was incredibly roomy, perfect for relaxing with family. Each bedroom felt like its own suite, providing plenty of privacy and comfort. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and stepping out onto a private balcony was everything. The view of the beach and sunrise was breathtaking. I loved having a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The decor was modern and coastal-chic, and everything was spotless upon arrival. It really felt like a luxury. getaway. Access to pools, lazy river, hot tubs, and the beach right outside made it easy to switch between adventure and relaxation. Having two full bathrooms, a washer/dryer, and spacious common areas made it super convenient for my family. While the apartment overall was beautiful and spacious, I wasn’t a fan of the leather couch set in the living room. The leather couch needs to be updated.

The property was gorgeous and large. I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood attached in the mornings. The pool area was spacious and lots of pools to choose from. The condo was also spacious and had plenty of storage. We had an oceanfront room which had a perfect view of the beach and pool area! The resort was very clean and well maintained.

The garage was far from the tower our condo was in and was quite a hike after a long day out. One set of elevators in each tower which made the wait during busy times long, especially when loading and unloading your belongings. The pool bar food was not great, we ordered once and never again. Drinks were pricey but was expected since it is a resort. If you don’t get to the pool at 9am, you won’t get a chair. Pool towels are used by other guest to reserve chairs. They have a sign stating pool towels will be removed after 30 minutes but it is not enforced and a ton of chairs are not being used when others don’t have a place to sit.

We liked the location, right on the beach! Parking wasn’t difficult in the garage and the property was close to a lot of stores and entertainment. Staff was really pleasant and guests were also very friendly.

Carpet was really dirty, didn’t appear it’s been cleaned in quite some time. The balcony could use some TLC, there was signs of white mold or chunky substance near the sliding doors & windows. Would like to see signs on each floor so you know where you are going and where to find the amenities like the pool, rooms etc. Parking garage should have more visible signs in the tunnels indicating one way.

Our room was great. Roomy, excellent view, clean. Everything we could have asked for. Pool area is great. Do wish they would invest in some sort of water slide for older kids and even adults. Like some sort of water park slide that lots of resorts have at Myrtle.

Air Conditioning unit was a little loud. If you're in the Jasmine building and can't get a ground floor parking spot, it's a long haul to your room because of having to switch towers on the 3rd floor. But with all of that said, I would stay there again. We had a great time.

It is a lovely property. We have stayed there about 4 or 5 times. We plan on going back anytime we are in Myrtle beach. We are happy with the property and location. It’s not very far from anything fun.

The only thing was that we were “upgraded” and the “upgrade” had us lose the ocean view which is what would have made our trip even better. We didn’t have sheets for the pull out bed and even after we asked we didn’t receive any. We had brought some extra blankets and ended up using those.

Loved the ambiance, the look from the time we turned onto the property, EVERYTHING ABOUT NORTH BEACH RESORT & VILLAS is top notch! My husband and I have stayed on the property in their townhomes, condos and oceanfront condos and THEY NEVER DISAPPOINT! We travel from NC just to stay on their property and love every minute of it! I would recommend 10/10!

We love the property and have stayed many times. The location is great and usually have absolutely no issues.

This trip was a little disappointing because whoever cleaned the room before we arrived did not do a good job. ALL of the glass tables were filthy with rings from previous drinks and very obviously had not been cleaned at all. And the dust on the light fixtures and ceiling was awful. As nice as North Beach Plantation is, I would think these are things that could be easily corrected. We love it there and will definitely be back but wanted to let someone know. Thx

The room was squeaky clean and the shower was fabulous. We had a great view of the pool and the beach. The pool area is gorgeous. Will definitely stay again. This is our go to resort.

The tv’s are all old and not smart tv’s so we could not stream anything through them. Otherwise, I don’t have a single complaint. We enjoyed it.
