I love the location and the amenities on the resort. Even the restroom by the pool was clean and during a holiday weekend when it was packed out there that's impressive. There is a game room for the kids and they give them cards at check in. I love the view. The room had pots, pans, dinnerware etc. It was a good place and location.

The room had a VCR and DVD player. The TV sat on the counter where you needed kitchen counter space. The TV in the bedroom was behind the door so in order to watch it you had to close the door. They were small 32 inch old model TVs and we had no idea what channel was what. The kids wanted to watch cartoons. For the money that we paid I really expected a little more with the rooms. Before checkout we had a gentleman banging on the door around 9:45 saying he thought we checked out. Then around 10:30 a young lady just walked into the room while my husband was in the bathroom that's at the front, luckily he was dressed. She thought we'd checked out as well. Overall the staff were nice though.

The location was great for last minute travel. I love that the 2 bedroom has 2 separate bathrooms.

I didn’t like they still have construction going on could not use the inside pools and we was not aware that we could not use our balcony with an ocean front room. Toilet unstable and very low to the floor my husband is a pretty tall man and he had a big issue with this. Very outdated rooms.

Property location was very good with easy access to the beach. The rooms has a nice view of the ocean and were clean and large enough to accommodate our family of 5. our children enjoyed the multiple outdoor pools, hot tubs and lazy River while my husband and I enjoyed the service and drinks and the bar. We did not attend the buffet for breakfast, but the prices were reasonable.

We were disappointed that the indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna were not available for use. The Town Center restaurant did not have some of the menu items available when we visited.

The overall facility was nice. The check in and check out procedure was easy. The room was a good size and had a nice view. Parking was adequate and easily accessible. Although I did not use the outdoor pools, they were of nice size and were heated.

Furnishings in the room were dated. Linens were average to fair quality (thin sheets, thin & small bath towels). I booked at Beach Cove Resort over other communities based on: Indoor Pool & Hot Tub; On-Site Restaurant & Arcade. I paid more for Beach Cove than I would have at other communities because of these features. I was disappointed the indoor pool & hot tub were closed for maintenance/ remodeling. The on-site restaurant & arcade were also closed while I was there. (Spring hours Thurs - Sun and I was there Mon-Thurs). I do understand maintenance was needed on the indoor pool and I do understand spring hours on the amenities. However, had I known this beforehand, I would have booked elsewhere for a lower price.

No smoking on the balcony. Price 😨 f the drinks at the bars. Our TV stopped working. Then the second TV didn't work right . Dish washer didn't work

Love the location Rooms are large and spacious Have stayed there many years and always enjoy Love the swimming pools. They are the best on the beach

Resort is getting a little run down - needs some updating Sad that the pass on the third floor has been removed and unable to go from parking lot to third floor. I would think that brings all the traffic thru lobby and elevators more crowded

Location is awesome, safe for kids, plenty of pools and the beach is steps away. This was our second year at Beach Cove and we will be back next year!

We really enjoyed the location and oceanview, while staying at the resort. We enjoyed sitting on patio/balcony and taking walks at the beach. Next time, we will get in the pool. Also, the bedroom and living/kitchen area was tidy-- no issues/concerns. We hope to return to Beach Cove Resort---soon!

Elevators! Expect to spend some time waiting on the elevators, staff or cleaning crew use them for floor by floor travel, it would be great if they had a service elevator to not slow down guest elevators.

The third floor location of the room in TowerB - good view of sunrise and ocean. Layout of room was unique and much nicer than other beach condos we’ve stayed in. The decor was beach but not tacky and had some nice older furniture and a lovely leather sofa plus metal art objects that I really enjoyed - the birds up on the ledge in the bedroom, etc. The little stained glass panel at the side of the front door added a nice touch. Great lights in bathroom around mirror for night light.

Toilet was in a small cramped corner between counter and wall. Shower didn’t shut off well and water pressure wasn’t great.
