Great value for money. Excellent pricing strategy. Hotel was clean and everything was in working order. Love when hotels have HBO! Pool was spacious and inviting. Location/proximity to the beach was good (20 min walk). With in waking distance of at least 10 different restaurants (Broadway at the Beach). Short uber from Myrtle Beach Convention Center.

Room smelled like mildew. Breakfast meets brand standard but the (powdered?) eggs and general food quality was poor. OJ and waffles were good!

Staff were all very nice and helpful. Room was clean, hotel stayed very clean through out my 4 day stay. Always smelled great in the entrance and all hallways too. Comfy beds and great pillows!

My only complaint would be that I booked this room months ago on booking.com and have never had an issue getting my military discount once I got to the site and showed my ID however, this hotel would not accept it because I did not book through them.

The property is located in a great spot to get to all the activities and strip.

The water pressure is extremely low, like if a hot shower with great water pressure will help you wind down after walking all day, this is not your place. I complained everyday for someone to assist but no maintenance came after being promoted continuously. It was noted quickly that I wasn’t the only room with this problem. It’s really a sprinkle. Some of the staff was rude and watch your babies when dropping anything because ants came quickly.

The hotel itself was very nice! Close to a lot of attractions! The room was very clean, and accommodating. The guest service was friendly and knowledgeable.

The only thing I didn't like was that I wasn't informed of an additional fee charged by the hotel even though I used a booking website. It wasn't listed so I was only expected to pay what was on my invoice. And still haven't received a refund after checking out.

The breakfast was great ! The bed was very comfortable !

So glad I didn’t have to use the skinny shower. I am only 5 foot tall and way under 100 pounds and it looked very uncomfortable. The man that was running the front desk when we were checking out really needs a different job. I don’t think he even got off of his cell phone to wish us a good day.

Breakfast is always good. The pool and Hot tub were perfect as always. Our favorite place to stay when we go to Myrtle Beach. Perfect location in close proximity to everything. Recommend to anyone who asks about staying in Myrtle Beach.

We have never had any issues while staying at the location. Sometimes parking isn't perfect but it is never a problem.

i liked how close it was to the Broadway On the Beach and all the attractions! I didn’t know it was right behind all the attractions! And i liked how cleans the room was and the pool!

the only thing i would say i didnt like was most of the staff were pretty rude. most of the front desk and housekeeping were very sweet and kind ! but most of the workers around the hotel such as the kitchen workers were rude and my husband said during breakfast time he saw one of the kitchen lady arguing with a guest. some of the staff weren’t just that welcoming

The staff was fantastic, thank you Jackie and all other staff members. Excellent location. Cleanliness of room and the hotel in general. Hot tub always available and pool clean and always ready. Forget about Starbucks, the coffee is delicious hot and always available.

Everything was great and staff was amazing

Our AC broke the 3rd night there and maintenance had to come in at 10:30 pm at night which was a hassle because we were exhausted and came back to hotel and it was extremely hot .

The gentleman at the desk Larenta was so gracious and hospitable. Every interaction was greeted with a smile not just with me and my daughter but with the other guest as well.. The breakfast staff was also very gracious and greeted us with big smiles.❣️ The pool was amazing, nice views overlooking the lake.
