I liked how clean and quiet it is. The people are so nice.

I didn't like that our check in was at 4:00pm and we had to wait 30 to 40 mins to go into the condo

Everything was very clean and comfortable. The area was quiet which was nice. I wasn't sure what to expect with the number of people at each building but we had no issues.

Our only issue was actually getting into our place the first night. The office closes at five and the room information is kept in a box out front. The envelope with our room information was not in the box. After calling the given number we were finally able to get our room information but the envelope we were given had the wrong code on it so we weren't able to unlock the door. We had to call again to get the correct number. After a long drive and wanting to sit down for dinner this took about an hour to sort out and really limited our options for a meal at that point. This was our only issue and wouldn't stop us from staying here again. It was just really disappointing at the time.

The bed room was not vacuumed the comforter needed to be washed and I don’t know who stayed above us but they were loud all day and late at night like past 12am like they were moving furniture around till 2am wasn’t able to get in touch with the front office.

Walls could have been washed and the carpet could have been vacuumed and comforter could have been cleaned, no extra toilet paper or dish detergent to wash dishes, the fact you could not get in touch with someone after hours of you are having a problem.

I liked that the pool was located right behind the condo I was staying in. I liked how quiet it was and that there was an elevator located in the condo that I stayed in. I also loved the location and the convenience of being able to access all the places we love in 20 minutes or less. I loved the decor in the condo and the fact that they provided board games for my family to play. I liked that there was security watching the parking lot all night every night

The first condo that the staff put me at was unsafe for my family and myself, there were things broken and the balcony was unstable. I had to call the after house line because the office closed at 5 o'clock pm. I was also upset that it is a vacation resort but the indoor pool closes at 5 o'clock pm like the office, but you have to put a code to even get in the indoor pool. I did not like that security was called on my family once we got in the outdoor pool, even though we had our pool passes.

The unit was very nice and very comfortable. It was walking distance from the outdoor pool which is what I requested

No one told me that the pool had a limit. I tried to use the outdoor pool during my stay there and was told there were no more bands or fobs for my family so we were not able to use the outdoor pool at all during our entire stay there which was disappointing. I also did not like the fact that the staff was not very responsive via the Booking.com app, or via email or even via phone.

It was clean and spacious. The elevator made it easy to get to the third floor. The pool was very nice.

We lost power during our stay. One of the dressers nobs was broken when I got there.

My family and I love the condo. Myrtlewood Condo was beautiful with the balcony with lake view and Clean. The condo was in the perfect location near stores, attraction and beach. The owner was very nice as well with easy check-in. Everyone was very nice and the neighborhood was quiet.

We wish the indoor pool stayed open longer. The hours are 9-5pm. Also we asked for more supplies toilet paper and trash bags. I couldn't get any bc they said I should've had a starter kit which wasnt given.

It was very clean. I was grateful to be on the ground floor as stairs are hard for me and my equilibrium is a little off (they do have an elevator, it just wasn’t an option for me). They were televisions in every room, huge plus.

The parking wasn’t the greatest. If you come in after 6/7pm there weren’t any spots available near the property, handicapped included. The amount of handicap spaces were very limited. The washing machine and dryer could have been cleaner.

The establishment was clean. Loved the outdoor setting.

We had a party of 6 when I booked on the site it showed were 2 rooms had 2 beds in them. So I called to see get the beds apart, so the guy stated you can't do that yourself. But unfortunately the maintenance guy David was super nice came but only to discover that they couldn't be apart only the box spring was apart but not the mattress. So we just dealt with it. The furniture needs to be steam cleaned. We had to call for a broom. We was told by front that we didn't have to wear the pool bracelet but unfortunately a Karen had a fit so we went and got the bracelet and the security guard was not the friendliness either. But other than yet we had a great stay.

Great customer service. Our 1 bedroom room we booked was horrible. Bad mold smell and the blinds out to the balcony were broke. You couldn’t go out on the balcony without blinds falling on the floor. Smoke detector in the bedroom was hanging by the wires.i called the next day after checking in and they not only changed our room, they upgraded my son and I to a 2 bedroom. The stay after our room fiasco was fantastic. Will def stay here again.

Out 1 bedroom place looked nothing like the photos when we booked it.
