Staff was outstanding and extremely friendly and helpful. My nephew loved that fast waterside! That waterside will for ever be an awesome memory for him he won't ever forget.

Only tiny complaint I would have is that it was really hot when we got into the room. Easy fix for us.

Location was great for or Medora trip. Staff was great when we asked for more towels.

The room wasn't the cleanest. It was so-so. We only had 3 towels, so we had to request more. We had to request more bedding for the hideaway. Staff was great when we requested more.

The double queen room with a sofa bed was very spacious and great for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids 6 and under) . It is conveniently located right off the interstate with many restaurants within walking distance. The kids loved the pool and water slide!

The breakfast was incredible! The staff was amazing, they were so kind and helpful. My brothers loved the pool and the slide. It was an overall great experience.

Waterside is incredibly to fast for kids. Half the breakfast was unavailable during our stay but no big deal.

Breakfast was cold. Cheese Omelett had to be heated, Cinnabon had to be heated. See other comments below.

There was no regular creamer (i e not flavored). All that was offered was Hazelnut and French Vanilla. Both had sugar and diabetics should not use them. I was shown 2% and Skim Milk in the refrigerator. Took a small carton, poured it in my coffee and it was sour milk.

Front desk staff went above and beyond making our stay awesome! When my reservation got mixed up, she fixed it at no additional charge.

My only complaint would be our shower in our room. The floor grade is wonky and would fill the entire floor with water when showering. I used a towel to keep the water in the shower.
