Our stay almost started off very rocky. We had my 95 year old father with us and he has severe dementia. Initially they had our two rooms booked on different floors. We explained that we had to have adjoining rooms, or at least next to each other. They rearranged some things to put us in the adjoining rooms. One night my father managed to get outside in the middle of the night to "check the weather" as he said. Someone found him wandering around and took him to the office. The clerk brought him to our room. The staff all knew he was here and they asked about him throughout the week. It could have been a very bad situation if we were not moved into the adjoining rooms. They also advised us on how to guarantee we can always have the adjoining rooms.

Once we got the placement of our rooms resolved, we had no complaints at all. One suggestion though it would be nice to have a toilet brush and possibly a plunger in each bath room, as there were times we would have liked to clean the toilets ourselves, so the staff wouldn't have to and one night we did need to request a plunger, but the clerk brought it to us right away.

Breakfast was great, staff was exceptional, location was perfect.

My only complaint was that the mattress cover was filthy on one bed. Sheets were clean, but I slept in the clean bed because of the large stains on the other mattress cover that I could see under the sheets.

The location was great, very accessible to everything. The staff was very pleasant.

There was hair in the bathtub drain. My refrigerator smelled awful. Your wifi is spotty and the TV stopped working in the middle of a movie. Your workout room is dirty, nothing to wipe the equipment down with and no water in the container.

The stay was good, friendly staff. Not completely silent but a very quiet hotel, considering our room was near the stairs too. Not the biggest breakfast spread but its free so I can't be mad. Paid an extra 20 a night to bring a dog, which is pretty reasonable but I wasn't told about that during my booking so it came as a surprise at check in, but again it's reasonable.

The rooms feel a little out dated, but they were clean. Our TV and fridge weren't plugged in, but a very easy fix that I handled myself.

Clean, comfortable and spacious!

TV didn't work at first and despite the best efforts of the on duty staff it remained out till I observed the cable disconnected from the wall cable connector due to the entertainment center being pushed too close to the wall. I reconnected it and it worked as it should.

I loved the fitness center. The king sized bed was firm and so comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the coffee was great.

The couch in the room was stained on the arms. The ice machine was operationally confusing but worked well. There was only one waste basket and no lid for the ice bucket. The coffee machine was broken on my last day. why did all the room doors have remnants of something stuck on them? previous labels?

Soundproofing is great. Bed was super comfy. Accommodated my need to stay an extra night, with a minimum of hassle.

Breakfast is a little carb heavy. The available protein options very processed. Hard boiled eggs might be easier and better than the processed, prepackaged omelet.

Location was awesome. Middle of town near everything; restaurants, shopping, easily accessible.

The building needed to have air conditioning in the hallways and stairs. Slightly bigger parking lot. Wish there was a bit more room to get past the lobby area and to pull up for check in.

Room and bathroom were clean. A/C, hot water and TV worked. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet.

Parking lot was small and tight.

Location was very good

It wasn't that I didn't like it, but their renovation was still in progress.
