A big stately building is the first impression.  Of course this is after coming off the highway, taking some odd twists and turns, driving behind a giant warehouse, and through tractor trailer lots...not sure what our GPS was doing there. It is an oddly elegant place for the location right off I-75. NIce clean room, in fact the whole place was generally spotless.  There is a giant (and empty) anteroom with seating and book shelves.   The staff was polite and effecient.   There is an odd convenience store/DQ across the parking lot and a McDonalds butnot much else unless you actually go in to Wilmington. Come for the hotel, enjoy the stay.  Disregard all the other industrial oddities nearby.

ambience and cleanliness. Having a good restaurant attached to the hotel so if it was bad weather outside, you didn't have to leave out of the hotel to have a good meal.

It is a pet friendly hotel. On the first night where stayed on the 5th floor, you could hear dog barks into the night and plus our next room neighbor played their TV too loud all night long.

Our room was very clean, quiet, and well-appointed. We were very comfortable there.

The hotel has no kitchen of its own. The attached Starbucks Cafe has the usual good Starbucks drinks, but we found the food barely edible. Should we ever return, we would definitely go down the road the the McDonald's.

Big, spacious, clean! Great location right off the highway, easy to find and get to. Unexpected gem in what seemed like the middle of nowhere. Bed was comfortable. Room and bathroom were bigger than expected. It was great having a restaurant on site. And a GOOD restaurant! Wish we lived closer to eat there often! Husband had a little tummy trouble from our travels and the kitchen was able to adjust and accommodate to met his needs.

On-site restaurant not open for breakfast, but there was McDonalds nearby.

It offers breakfast buffet at $17 through the restaurant hooked onto it. But at 830am the waffles/ French toast/ potatoes were really hard. Luckily McDonalds across the street I'll use for next visit for breakfast.

Welcoming, clean, beautiful lobby. Very comfortable bed, soft sheets. Love that the pet room wasn't carpet.

Would have enjoyed even a minor complimentry breakfast like a fruit basket in lobby with apples & bananas, juice, toast. Nothing that would require a kitchen but easy to grab n go.

Though it was a place that was based off of the highway, it was quite quiet and relaxing. The other guests were also very respectful along with the staff, overall was quite an enjoyable experience. 

The air conditioner unit would never get below 68° 

The hotel is very clean. We enjoyed the restaurant too, food was great. We attended Heritage Market which was held at this location, which was convenient.

No Hottub in pool area.

My husband and I have stayed in this hotel many times and we are always pleased with our stay. The hotel is clean. The staff is friendly and always helpful.

No hot tub.

Why is there no free breakfast in such a pricey hotel? The crappiest hotels at least offer free continental breakfasts.
