The breakfast was fine, a mix of options. The location was good. The juices machine was not working. The coffee was great.

When you have shampoo and conditioner do not have the same color as the dispenser, I was in the middle of washing my hair and it's empty. I had to get out of the shower, fine what I brought and got water all over the place. The soap wash is filled because you can see it on the side.

I liked how quiet it was and how well the ac worked. It was very nice and cool while I slept. The shower head had different settings and was able to get pretty hot. The lobby also smelled nice, and I noticed they had some cookies set out for people to take by the elevators. Which was very nice! The breakfast had what you expected a hotel breakfast to have along with a make your own waffle station. Everything looked clean and well managed. Nothing was ever out when I got there.

Maybe the bathroom needs updated around the shower fixtures. My hotel room shower looked like the sealing around the fixtures needed redone. But that is the only complaint I have. Everything else looked updated and clean!

Hampton Inn and Suites in Wilmington Ohio didn't disappoint! I was there while competing at WEC. My friend and I were hot and tired for working with my horse all day. The pool helped us cool off and the quiet comfortable room helped us prepare for the next day.

It was all good!

The staff was very helpful, and polite. It felt like they truly care that your stay was good. The room was very spacious and clean. The stay it's self was very comfortable, and quite.

There isn't really anything that I would say was horrible. The breakfast could have been better. There wasn't a lot of options but, that is understandable for it being a free breakfast.

I traveled with my adult child with special needs, who is wheelchair bound, as well as my aunt with limited mobility. The staff treated each of us with the utmost love and respect. We were treated like family and it was such a blessing! Sadly, we don't get to Wilmington a lot anymore, but just knowing there is such an amazing place for us to stay will be the deciding factor in the planning of our trips to Wilmington. Absolutely Amazing!

First of all we were in between Hampton Inn s traveling..we were staying in Springfield Ohio for two nights..then headed to Wilmington Ohio..I called Hampton Inn in Wilmington and talked to Wendy..she was able to have our suite ready at 12:30..instead of us waiting around until 3..our suite was wonderful..our whole stay was wonderful..thank you Wendy..you were our hero that day..we highly recommend this hotel..we plan on returning to visit family again!!!!!

Loved the 24-hour availability of coffee, tea, hot chocolate as well as the free bottled water and chocolate chip cookies.

TV selection. Couldn't find local programming or anything to view w/o membership or sign-up. Usually, there is some free tv to put on.

The staff is wonderful. The property and rooms are clean and quiet. Nice property to take a walk.

My virtual key didn't work on the outside doors. It did work for the room.

The breakfast was great cheese omelets were phenomenal! Love the fresh fruit and plenty of coffee red velvet waffles were delicious

Nothing i didn't like very satisfied.

Hotels, like other companies, should be aware of the "aging of America". Granted, we don't all have problems, but the ONE problem I had with anything in this hotel, was the height of the toilets. Even though BOTH of my knees have been replaced, I had a terrible time standing after using the toilet. I know, this effects women, far more than men but our knees, our backs and other joints are a significant problem. If you cannot replace the toilets with something higher, Add a "grab bar" to the right side of the toilet.
