Price and location met our needs. Office personnel were friendly. Sheets and towels were clean. Bathroom was nicely cleaned.

Rooms are dated. Bedcovers are OLD. With 2 adults, 4 towels would have been nice. We booked for two nights. One sink drained slowly. Surfaces were sticky. Carpet made my socks dirty. Bathroom vent was very dusty. Had to tuck curtains onto window ledge so a/c would blow into room not up the curtains. A/C filters should be cleaned for efficiency. Maybe a channel listing for out town guests. Selection for "breakfast" on Friday morning was disappointing. Saturday morning was better.

I attended a business meeting close buy then travelled to a client home in Springfield OH.

It was a perfect location and staff was awesome. I was new out of surgery and my room was close to the office and short walking distance if I needed anything. My only suggestion is electrical outlets or power strips closer to the bed with USB ports for charging phones and watches. Advise no hair dryer available and bring your own shampoo, conditioner & lotion.

Very basic. Running out of things by the time we would get there. Like hot chocolate, donuts, napkins. Still appreciated the coffee and apple juice.

Orange juice was watery. No shampoo in room. Freezer was frosted over bad. Need a chart to tell what channels available and numbers. Bath tub fixture needed replaced.

I've stayed here 4x now in a different room each time and each has been slightly different and all were super comfy. I also love being walking distance from Roosters and Bob Evans.

The last room I was assigned only had a shower...I always look forward to an actual bath. I'll know to mention in the future my preference now.

No ice machine, beds in this room were sort of hard, skimpy pillows. Never had this problem in their other rooms . This was my first time in a smoking room. Not as nice as the other rooms but that was understandable.

Easy commute to horse show. LOVELY people work there- real gems! Clean simple room. Excellent value

A little dated in decor but the price makes up for that!

Breakfast was very good. Location could not be better. Polite, attentive staff.

your trash cans are too small or you need more of them.....Please have maintenance tighten the bottom of the handrail next to the toiilet.

The check in was easy! I was traveling with my 9 year old autistic daughter and the staff were so nice! We had to leave early in the day and my daughter left her toy tucked up in bed, we didn't realize until a couple of hours down the road! I called Wilmington Inn and spoke to a sweet lady, who went to the room and found it, and they mailed it to us free of cost! My daughter was so happy!!
