Everything was newer. It smelled good, it was in a safe environment. The breakfast, water, tea and coffee is one of the amenities I look for when selecting a place. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were clean.

My booking.com had a king for 159 and then had a king studio with balcony for 179…then when we got to the room, there’s was no balcony. Fix the typo on your website bc this is wrong to do. There’s no balcony’s at this location. I paid extra for nothing. After driving 5 hours going up and down to resolve something that should be clear on your website was frustrating.

We traveled to race at the VW Summer Nationals at Kil-Kare Racetrack in Xenia and needed somewhere local to stay. There are not many choices and out of the 3 available 2 are very bad. We decided to pay double the money to stay somewhere sleepable. The packing lot was large enough to hold our motorhome/trailer rig which is a plus. The room was clean and the beds very soft. Large bathroom with built in shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower. Hot water when you needed it. Even though the parking lot was packed the next morning, you never heard anyone. Very quiet. Hot breakfast in the morning. Same as what you would expect from a Hilton property. Scrambled eggs/sausage make your own waffles, cereal, yogurt, pastries and bread, hot coffee. This is why I chose Hilton properties over anyone else.

Very expensive compared to other local hotels in the area. Double if not more.

The common area was great. Room was large and awesome.

We shecked in late afternoon New Years Eve and when we got back to the room New Years morning after celebrating that the towels and wash cloths were already used and hanging on the hooks. I guess house keeping missed the bathroom before our arrival. We let the front desk know and they apologized.

This is a beautiful facility! The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, and very clean. Housekeeping does a great job! The breakfast was awesome, and that area was kept very clean! I highly recommend this hotel!

It would have been nice to have a safe in the room.

The room was spacious, and the bed was good. We were cycling and able to take our bikes into the room. The breakfast was good, especially the egg omlette.

The carpet not as clean but as expected with the number of cyclists bringing in their bicycles.

Hotel provided all we needed. Beds were very comfy and rooms were spacious. Staff went out of their way to be helpful and to greet us when we came in. Very impressed with all the staff.

I would have liked different pillows. Did not care for those at all. I left the eating area when Fox News was on. That was a total turn-off.

We love the “Hilton” brand amenities and Hilton Member benefits. Welcomed with water bottles and cookies. Close to shopping and restaurants. Nice room layout and very comfortable bed.

Lobby coffee was always tepid - morning and night ☕️🥲

Very friendly staff. The room was spotless, everything was better than to be expected.

My only complaint would be that the TV keeps automatically turning off, even tho we pressed the button on the controller for it to not to. But it was just a minor inconvenience while watching films.

The location was good. This was the approximate half way point in our drive to Chicago from central Virginia. The breakfast was fine, not outstanding, but all we needed.

No complaints. Everything was good and what we needed for our brief stay.

Breakfast was good as far as that type of breakfast goes. A buffet type breakfast with more choices would have been good. I was happy to find they had decaffeinated coffee.

More warm choices. More fruit choices.
