The staff was very nice. We had a few things we had to ask about and they were very quick to respond/fix. The location was easy to get to everything. We had a dog with us, they had plenty of grass to walk your pets. Rooms were very clean and ours looked recently updated/remodeled.

The pool wasn't heated, but I'm not sure if they advertise as heated though. The beds were not as comfy as most, I think they need to get better mattresses.

I love the location and how well lit the parking areas are as well as it has nice grassy areas for my service dog to be taken to for bathroom breaks. The price for the room is very reasonable.

The room that I had this time could use some repairs as it had paint peeling from the walls and ceiling and the mini fridge had what appeared to be rust on the door of it. Nothing major but it would improve the quality of the room experience.

The breakfast was very good, a variety of foods, tho the coffee was very weak

When we arrived the desk staff was pleasant and helpful after that initial contact i never saw anyone at the desk again, just a note to leave the keys on the counter. Just strange. The cleaning staff was good and efficient.

Quiet location. The staff is beyond friendly. The room is very clean, the bed is very comfortable, and there are lots of pillows to choose from.

My preferred room is above the smoking area, so there is some issue with the smoke smell. If you don't like smoke, don't stay near the doors.

It was perfect for the holiday weekend...we fished....and had family outing s....and I had 5he privacy of my own bed and shower...without bothering other....fit mt lifestyle.

Pool closed Did not like having to pay before i arrived and i did not get a statement from the motel. Also i do not remember having to pay a pet fee

the Royalton was a great budget option. by no means would it be winning any awards but it was a safe and comfortable place to stay on our trip

the room was a little small, and there were no elevators.

The pool felt amazing and the room was clean and comfortable and cool. Staff is very friendly and helpful too.

The only thing I didn't like was that I missed the breakfast in the morning but that was on me.
