The room was great. Enjoyed the upgraded suite that I forgot I booked. It was very clean. AC worked great. Room was spacious with nice extras like a wet bar. It was close to the convention center so we will be back for sure especially for our son's graduation from UNOH.

The location didn't seem to be in the best part of town although we had no issues.The pullout bed was very uncomfortable for my almost 6 foot teenage son. He tried just sleeping on the couch the next night and that wasn't good either.

The downtown location was perfect for our eclipse-viewing / family reunion trip. On-site parking was nice. Breakfast was typical. The staff was great--everyone was excited for the eclipse traffic. This location was within a nice driving distance of some beautiful scenery, parks, the cemetery, etc.

I ended up with an "adjoining" room with the (locked) double door in between. Those set-ups let too much noise and light through when I'm trying to sleep. Our neighbors kept mostly the same hours as we did, and never had the TV or music on, so it was fine, but might not have been. The view out of our window was the lovely refinery in the distance. Luckily we didn't come to just look out the window for three days!

For the price, my room was exceptionally spacious. I loved the work space and the bed was more comfortable than most hotels. Plus, I needed to be at the local radio station at 7am and I could walk there, as well as to the local treasure Kewpees!

The parking lot seemed a little sketchy at first, but i had no issues, even with a lot of expensive equipment in plain sight. (Super heavy and bulky or it would have went in with me). I asked and the staff had never heard of any trouble there, so that was reassuring.

Great location in downtown! Comfy beds and the king bed room on the 6th floor was HUGE

I witnessed a receptionist yell at and cuss at a hotel guest. The hotel guest commented something to her and she proceeded to yell at her and cuss about meat in a fridge. The guest and others around thought she was joking and she was not. It left us in the lobby a tad uncomfortable. Could have been handled much better

Very comfortable bed and pillows. This hotel was the quietest I've ever been in.The room was clean and a good size. Amenities were thete and available. The staff was professional and helpful when needed. The complimentary breakfast was good, with many choices.

The lobby and breakfast area was way to warm. I could live with it for the brief time I was there.

After being price gouged at a Wyndham in Chattanooga, TN when I was displaced by hurricane Milton, I was so happy to find this Wyndham hotel in Ohio as I made my trek north to stay with family in Michigan. The woman at the front desk was wonderful, the hotel was clean and welcoming. Thank you for changing my view of Wyndham after that horrible experience in Tennessee.

Nice room but in middle of room 4 outlets in floor and a cable wire sticking out of floor would have liked a having bc bedroom tv was far away from other Tv it was a junior suite i would have like a bigger refrigerator for such a large room

Clean nice big room comfortable only downside is the rooms don’t have USB chargers slots so you will need a charging cube. Ended up plugging it into the usb port in the tv to charge it

Friendly, courteous Staff

Rear entry badge reader didn't work was standing in the rain waiting for staff from office to come manually let me in. I had to phone office, they apparently had it happen before and also, I wish they could add Grits packets like oatmeal packets for breakfast.

The hotel is clean, the room is spacious, the breakfast and coffee were decent.. Especially the coffee as most hotels the coffee is awful. The staff I interacted with were very friendly.

There isn't a huge breakfast selection, but I'm fine with a waffle and some cereal. I'm not hard to please. The beds are very soft. This is not a plus for me as I've had several fusions.
