Everything was clean.

Worker feeding a newborn baby. No one paying attention to front desk. Even though the woman feeding the baby saw me standing there. Some Asian guy running around finally waited on me. We have stayed once before and it was great. This time our room facing the highway was very noisy all night. My sister couldn't sleep. We came to visit family. Also pool was closed. Don't like all the people in lobby eating breakfast when checking out. Should be in a different spot in hotel.

Great location and price. Clean and comfortable. Our room looked to have been recently ‘refreshed’ with fresh paint, new carpet, etc.. Having stayed here before I would say that was most welcome. Staff very pleasant. Breakfast was pretty standard though they do feature a rotating daily hot “special”. which was scrambled eggs and thin slices of ham during our stay.

Elevator broke so had to carry our stuff downstairs. We’ve stayed here a number of times previous and never had an issue. Staff were very apologetic.

I took my son (10) for an overnight stay because he's been asking & wanting to go swimming. Shortly after our check in, he was in the pool until close & then again shortly after breakfast. Breakfast is served daily & there is a board by the dining area stating what is being served each day. My son enjoyed making his own waffles lol. Everything from check in to check out was exceptional. Both ladies at the front desk including the lady who was attending to the breakfast bar Sunday morning were extremely polite & friendly. The room was very clean & the king bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. I would recommend this hotel to anyone local or that is traveling through the Ohio Valley. Thank you again to the staff for making our short trip very enjoyable.

Bacon wasn't on the breakfast bar (that was Saturday) hahahahaha ... there was nothing not to like,

Best Westerns are nice hotels and known for a 'better' included free hot breakfast. This one was good as well. Other than that, we had a great experience. Friendly staff, clean room, excellent water pressure in the shower, and a comfortable bed.

We had a room facing the road, and there was traffic noise. No half and half and watery/weak coffee.

Very nice and very clean. Good sheets and towels. Nice breakfast and attendant.

We picked this hotel to utilize the, available to guests, electric vehicle charger. An a$$hat guest that arrived before us with a Rave4 hybrid which only takes 2 hours to recharge was already plugged in. We thought no problem since thier vehicle will not be there that long. At 10pm I checked the charger and thier Rave4 was totally charged which would leave us plenty of time to recharge our vehicle. These inconsiderate people left the charge plug locked into thier vehicle all night denying anyone else the ability to recharge. We left at 8am and it was still there plugged in as we had to limp into Washington,PA under limited power to recharge.

I loved the location, the cleanliness and the comfort and the staff was very nice. The bed was comfortable. The pool was a nice touch after a long drive.

I unfortunately dropped my brand new apple pro pen in the room and I was told it wasn't found. It is the only place It can be or could have been as I unpackaged it in the room and put it back in the box. I must conclude it is somewhere in room 119 or...:(

The hotel is conveniently located directly off the interstate. It is near local restaurants and stores. Only 7 miles from the WV/ Ohio state line, it is convenient for those visiting Wheeling as well. The price was very reasonable and the room, itself, was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was rather limited. The wasn't very much my child would eat. Rather than having three types of cheerios, maybe they could include a child friendly option.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff was so friendly, nice and helpful. Pool was also very nice. Indoor heated pool. Would definitely stay again!!!!

I do wish they had a bigger variety of breakfast. Maybe bananas included. One morning they had ham but it legit looked like sandwich meat ham heated up. Regardless I ate it and it was good. Just wish they had a better selection.

The room was very clean and the breakfast was very nice. Great location close to the freeway.

We had the smell of Marijuana flowing into our room in the middle of the night. I noticed how bad it was when my toddler was coughing. I don't know who was smoking, but it was significant to us. We were passing through, so I don't know the laws on Marijuana for the state regarding its usage.

The room was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was very good and had waffles and scrambled eggs and ham. Actually changes daily and they post the menu in the lobby.

Wasn't thrilled about the location at first- seemed like it was in the middle of no where . But was right off the highway.
