Breakfast was great and fresh ! Everything was clean and stocked. Staff was awesome! I think it was a great deal for the money !! Loved the mini kitchen that we had , even plates and cups and a dishwasher!! Never had that and really enjoyed the full size coffee maker !! Loved it !!

Nothing the staff or hotel did wrong. Someone put a cigarette out on my vehicle , burn mark was there and cigarette too. Like I said nothing the staff or hotel did wrong. Just a guest that is not right to do that to someone's vehicle. I did not complain inside since it was not the staffs fault . Wish they put cameras outside maybe to the parking lots .....

Breakfast was good. On Saturday morning we came down for breakfast and Amy was working. I asked her if my cousin was there, and she was very helpful. After we ate breakfast, Amy directed my cousin to the breakfast area before her shift. I have to say Amy was very professional, proficient and customer focused.

When we checked in @ 3pm on 28 July 2023, the female clerk was helpful. But there was a male clerk that just leaned on the wall and hovered around her. He did nothing. However, when I asked about a cousin, he said he could not give out that info. Then I told him name and that she worked there, he said he did not know name but even if he had, he would not give out info. She was the reason I booked there in the first place. He was more of a nuisance and annoyance than a help.

We booked a room for a king size bed and upon check in we were told we got switched over to a two queen room and was not able to be put in a king room. Doesn’t make sense to make reservations for a specific room and get switched without notice.

Nice, clean in a good location

The staff at the front desk when checking in was not a happy person. I don't need someone to tell me that booking a room online takes a long time for them to see that why booking 3rd party is not good. I book online all the time. And then to give me a room with a queen size bed and a pull out was not what I booked and when I went back to the desk she said will the pull out is a queen was not what I booked she did fix it but her attitude was not the best.

The staff went out. Of their way to make us feel welcomed. Brent & Robyn always wanted to play with our pups and just made us feel at home I will return. Hopefully often.

At check in we were originally assigned a room with 1 queen bed and a sleeper sofa when I had requested 2 queen beds. This was promptly corrected by Ashleigh and our stay was flawless after that.

Location is perfect and the room is just what it looked like in the pictures

The shower door lets water splash out and personally I wasn’t a fan of the barn door for the bathroom/closet soul due for the fact that me and my girlfriend were here and I was a tad nervous about going number 2 without a latching door

Didn't like that they could not give me a receipt for the stay since it was for business. And i haven't received a receipt form Booking.com yet either

We were completely blown away by this hotel. We were personally greeted once we got there and invited to a social gathering type supper! The room was huge, breakfast was fantastic, The staff couldn't have been nicer! I could go on and on! I don't write reviews but I needed to leave one for this hotel! I would give them six stars if I could!!!

I honestly can't think of one thing I didn't like. The only thing that would make it better maybe is a pool!

Great location, very friendly staff, great price. The rooms were perfect for longer-term stays, with even dishwasher and dishes provided. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was great.

The kitchen area of the room put out a lot of light from all the appliances and that was a bit uncomfortable.

Continental breakfast was great each morning. Hotel was clean and well maintained.

Bathroom fan was pretty noisy but that’s not the end of the world.
