IT WAS OBVIOUS THAT EVERYONE WAS WELL TRAINED, AND LOVED THEIR JOBS THEY WERE A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH, PAUL THE NIGHT MANAGER WAS OUTSTANDING. ALSO THE GENTLEMAN INCHARGE OF THE BREAKFAST COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL OR ACCOMADATING, THE LADY A THE FRONT DESK IN THE MORNING WAS VERY NICE AND SWEET. ALL IN ALL WE COULD NOT HAVE PICKED A BETTER PLACE. WHENEVER WE ARE PASSING IN THE FUTURE IT WILL BE OUR GO TO PLACE.

The room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast wasn't supplied very good. It was out of most of the food 45 minutes early. They didn't have enough workers.

The beds were wonderful. The hotel was decorated wonderfully for the holidays. Staff was friendly but very under dressed and had been in our room checking it before we got into it. I honestly thought they were in the wrong room. Staff should be in uniforms so that you know who they are. And our room should have been cleaned checked and ready before we got to the floor.

There was only one woman working the front desk. She was great, but when a hotel is sold out, there should be two or even three working. There was a line outside the hotel just to check in Also, there were dead bugs in our bathroom and stains on the carpet. Turning into the parking lot almost got us rear ended. Not a good entrance or exit.

There were several little perks such as two canisters of water and lemon infused water by the check in desk in the lobby which was a nice touch. We were handed chocolate chip cookies at check in, nice touch. The lobby and dining areas were already decorated with fall decorations, another nice touch.

When we arrived for check in, there was a sign on the counter saying that they were away and would be back shortly. However, after waiting about 10 minutes we were a little annoyed that no one was back and the check in desk was unattended that long. We finally rang the bell on the desk to get the person working there to come out and let us check in. We waited that long because the sign also said to ring the bell or call a listed number for important/emergency situations. But also, the breakfast serving hours were a little odd especially for a holiday wknd. I would have thought that 5:30 a.m. to 9 would not be standard, yet holiday wknd hours. A little too early.

Food was good, though the staff wasn't able to refill when breads/bagels etc ran out

Young male staff on dining area was not dressed professionally, he wore his jeans low on his hips showing his underwear to all guests, nit sure if he thought he was a " gangsta" but it was inappropriate clothing choice for a nice hotel

Breakfast staff did an excellent job. Excellent selection of food, cereal, waffles, toast and beverages. Attention to making sure every guest had what they needed. The Only area of improvement would be the selection of fruit available. Apples were very small and did not look fresh.

The gym equipment needed serviced. The treadmill was not set up to be used safely.

Staff was very friendly and attentive to everyone in my group. They made sure the breakfast bar was fully stocked and clean at all times for guests coming down for breakfast. They even made sure I had plenty of pillows and blankets to make sure my infant slept safely (we forgot his pack and play).

Biscuits and sausage gravy at breakfast would have been the chef’s kiss.

Clean,fresh, easy access to highway and restaurants. Staff were super friendly and attentive. Staff in charge of breakfast went out of his way to insure food was hot,fresh, plentiful.

FOX news tv while having breakfast…. How about something light?

Value for the money was excellent. Location near the highway on ramp was perfect. Breakfast was ready on time and had multiple choices. Check-in and Check-out were both very easy. No surprises. Very quiet for being so close to the interstate.

Some direction on turning on the lights would be helpful. some lights wouldn't turn on. May have been switched outlets? Sewer oder in front parking lot wasn't pleasant, but not the hotels fault either.

Very friendly staff from front desk, maint and housekeeping. Ok location but no restaurants close, 4 mile drive to many restaurants to choose from. Towel racks/bars in bathroom. So many of the newer hotels seem to have forgotten that you need to hang up wet towels so you can use them again!! Very comfortable bed!

So so breakfast. Eggs but NO breakfast meat.
