Clean and friendly. Bed was quite comfortable but needed a ladder to get in it!!! Alright... the ladder is a bit of an exaggeration but it was a tall bed. Again- comfortable.

Location was not easy on / easy off of highway and hallway to rooms had unpleasant odor. Luckily it wasn't in the room! Also internet was out one whole evening. Very inconvenient but assume this wasn't in their control. And one of the staff offered to let me use her phone to check in for my flight.

this place used to be a dump. they recently renovated and the new place is exceptional! The staff was wonderful especially the young lady who checked us in.

They have a gambling place on site and my husband and I went to try our luck and an employee the bartender rushed to a machine we were waiting for and won an exceptional amount of money and I don't think it's right for employees to be able to play when they can see all of the cash in cash out stats other than that our stay was exceptional

You can tell this is an older hotel on the outside, but the rooms were very up to date, clean and comfortable. The price was great and the location is excellent . I will definitely be booking this hotel again when I am in the area. As a travel agent, I would definately recommend this to anyone who needs a nice, clean, budget friendly place to stay. I did not try the breakfast, but they did offer breakfast. I arrived late so I did not try the pool.

Overall it was a good experience. The pool and rooms were very clean. During our stay, staff were visibly cleaning and always available for our needs. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Our room had a leaking ceiling, it rained during our stay so the floor got soaked and splashed over our belongings. The staff gave us towels and a bucket which was helpful. It was a very popular location.. so lots of kids running around and making noise. If you want to relax or be away from the noise, this is not it.

Clean, friendly, fast check-in, awesome amenities. There is not only a pool and a hot tub but there is an outdoor lounge area where there are grills available for you to use to cook whatever you want. We made burgers and dogs. The front desk has tongs and spatulas as well as most anything else you could need. Great location close to just about everything you could need!.

ONLY complaint would be the spa while warm wasn't Hot, but it was good enough to enjoy. Just not enough to release my back muscles after being on the road.

Breakfast was nice and the food options were many. Easy to fill up and get me on my way. The breakfast area and the hotel hallways and rooms were very clean and pleasing to look at, given the beautiful woodwork and trim in the rooms and hallways

My refrigerator was not working. Not sure if it was just unplugged. No big issues as l only stayed one night and only tried to use it to chill some cut fruit

Very clean, not crowded in the pool and lobby, lot of parking options, didn’t hear any noise outside of our room the whole stay, staff was very friendly, breakfast was very good, the bartender was super friendly and very creative with our drinks when I couldn’t decide what to do, the atmosphere in the bar was fun and relaxing.

The price was higher than the last time we stayed. I’m sure it was due to it being a different time of year so we were not mad. We were aware when we book that the price was higher. We didn’t care because we really like this hotel.

The pool hours. It closed at 9 and the hot tub was full of little kids. After a long day of hiking and driving, the hot tub would have been great. Have it open from 9-10pm for AFULTS ONLY. Also, whoever put towel hooks on the wall by the sink & tub needed glasses. They were crooked and upside down!

The desk staff was super friendly! Kaley provided information about restaurants and which ones delivered, offered suggestions about most convenient parking and let us know she’d be there until midnight if we needed anything. The young man in the morning was cheerful and friendly too. Breakfast was hot and traditional fare. The room was clean and well lit.

Nothing. A pleasant stay.

The bed was comfortable, liked the lounge, nice staff, and a great breakfast.

No place to sit outside when it was raining, no elevator, towels were very old, and had to have our room key updated because it wouldn’t open our door the next day and we couldn’t get into the hotels outside door with the door key
