Location was great! Was there for a volleyball tournament at the Highland Sports Complex. Rooms were very nice and comfortable. Would stay here again!

I would've thought with the size of the hotel, the pool would've been a little bit bigger. We were there for a volleyball tournament, along with many other teams. The pool was big enough for only our team. Also, It wouldn't be a bad idea to put some sort of anti-slip material in the showers. Myself, along with a couple others in our group slipped during our stay.

It was reasonable quiet.

It took over 30 minutes to check in, because who ever enter my reservation had my name wrong (all the right names, just) order! EVEN AFTER MY BROTHER CONFIRMED IT THE NIGHT BEFORE! Was frustrating after a VERY LONG DAY!

It’s close to every thing, never without something.

The coffee is always cold, asked for extra pillows never got them. And had to ask for toilet paper twice. When I checked in I asked for my room to be cleaned and they never showed up.

Breakfast was good and the location was perfect. Close to anything you could possibly want.

The curtains in our room has something splashed all over them. Must have been missed during cleaning otherwise the room was clean.

Perfectly located off the Interstate as we were driving from the Philadelphia area to Indianapolis. Lots of dinner choices nearby. The complimentary hot breakfast was delicious. As always, the staff was the best.

The pillows on the bed were smaller than standard size. My husband said they were very uncomfortable. I'm glad I traveled with my own pillow.

The whole experience. This place was seriously amazing. The lady at the desk was super nice, everything was extremely clean and the rooms are intelligently designed to sit far back off the hallway so it was really quiet. The beds were super comfy, the bathroom was huge and amazing, and there was a ton of parking.

Nothing haha I honestly can't think of anything we didn't like about staying here. It was as good as we could've hope for. I would highly recommend staying here if you are deciding on a stopping point for a road trip. There is a ton of retail and restaurants nearby, it really was so relaxing in the middle of a huge road trip for us.

Nice location; updated rooms; nice hotel

No one was at the desk to check us in. There was a sign up that stated “they” were helping another guest. After a 15 minute wait, an employee came out with Chipotle items to dispose of stating she was there by herself and helping a guest with linens. Maybe she was or maybe not. To us her story did not seem plausible.

Location, clean

The so called "breakfast included" was just subpar. There was nothing to have breakfast, there were no juices, coffee, in general there was nothing!!! Very bad breakfas service!!! 👎

walking distance to shopping mall/restaurants and only 20 minutes from Oglesbay. the property is very clean, continental breakfast good and the area was comfortable. staff was great and attentive.

the only thing was the mattress needs replaced you sunk in the middle.

Location very easy entry and exit. Got a good idea of what was in surrounding area. Property very clean and plenty of parking as well as nearby amenities. Very quiet location and property.
